Simply put, almost everyone (indigenes and non-indigenes) living in Lagos is tax compliant and as such should benefit from government policies and also have a say on how their investments are managed.

Tax is good, so also is it’s appropriate usage.

Side note: I remember a president’s aide saying Nigerians don’t pay tax… now this is just state tax not federal.
