I have lived in Lagos.
Anyways, make una dey applaud Tinubu, we will see how this ends.
There are numerous other beaches in Lagos. Tinubu is doing fine.

The Lagos coastal road is important, it will open up the coastal areas to development.

If we really check, you probably haven't been able afford to rent a decent face me I face you bedsitter, but can boldly laugh off another person's life's work.

Is that not the justification? Include a little more so its not obvious.

For a country in need for tourism, why destroy the most viable tourist location?
You're talking as if that's the only location in Lagos there's a beach.

Have you been to Lagos before?

That is not the point. This coastal road had an original plan. There's no justification for that short detour other than to target landmark
Landmark is not the only beach on that axis that will be affected by this road.

You have never been to that axis, this is why you're making this all about landmark beach alone. All the beaches within that axis will be affected.

They should divide Nigeria, and it will be divided, it dont matter how many road you want to construct, all of you will go and leave in your various regions and treat each other in your place howver it is you want to live.

The tribalism in Nigeria is at sickening level and must not be allowed to continue.
Nigeria is not dividing. The north, south west and south south are not interested in division. If the south east wants to leave, bye bye

Not likely in 10yrs
Look at the way you talk as if you're the owner of the project.

Well, Eko Atlantic City will eventually make landmark landlock. I wander why he's playing politics with this issue.

Oh now the business is the beachfront. Now, who owns the beachfront? Is it not the FG Abi you no understand Nigeria law. Certain meters from the waterbody is owned by the FG.

So if FG is repossessing her properties, why are you then crying?

You’re even using your argument to show why Landmark owner is a propagandists.

Landmark can even be sued for monetizing a public property

When will that be?
Sand filling of the Eko Atlantic City is an ongoing project. There's always sand filling going on there everyday. When it will get to landmark is when I dont know but it will eventually get there.

The business is not the building, its the beach front. You know this but trying to justify a wicked targeted act.

If the road had followed the original plan, it would have been a win-win. This new route is more expensive besides the new route finally joined the old route just after landmark. Its just a targeted act
Even if the road followed the original plan, Eko Atlantic City would have still make landmark landlock.

There should be a law banning duplication of roads in Nigeria.

This wastefulness is getting out of hand.

There is no other coastal road in Nigeria except for this one the government is building.

People make places but places don't make people. Lagos is what it is today because of what some individuals mostly non-indigenes contributed there.
We're getting tired of hypocrites from the south east.

Soludo destroyed hundreds of properties in Onitsha, no one complained, hypocrites are now wailing bitterly because shanties on government land has been destroryed in Lagos.

5 years after the road is completed, no one will go t the resort and it will be abandoned.

His lawyers are supposed to take this case personal and seek for full compensation but i dont knw what is wrong with our lawyers this days.

Even without the road, Eko Atlantic City would have make Landmark beach landlock
