Have you tried Google chrome or other browsers? When you try to log into Google playstore, what message are you getting? Have you tried clearing your PS cache? Have you tried using another networks sim? Could it also be your data package?

I didn't buy the phone again. What discouraged me is the phone not compatible with glo 4G lite since glo is my major network for browsing. In short all the phones from China does not support Glo 4G lite
