eezeebone: Your UK visa is granted specifically for the university you obtain your CAS for. As such, the university's sponsor code will be printed on your visa. You therefore cannot use a Cranfield Visa to register with Sheffield...unfortunately. And if i recall, the rule states, if you have to do that, you'd have to return to the country the visa was issued to obtain another visa.

I have anoda proposal, i secured admission @ the university of sheffield 2 study Envi & Energy Engr and this course requires an ATAS clearance,i was also admitted @ Cranfield Uni 2 study Environmetal Engr and this one doesn't require an ATAS clearance.

Cranfield uni starts on 01/10/2012 and requires no ATAS.
My question nw i§ if i can apply 4 my visa using cranfield info and CAS nw since it doesn't require an ATAS bt wen i get 2 UK, i would go ahead and register wit The uni of sheffield since that's my preferred Uni choice and course and by den i must have received d̶̲̥̅̊ said ATAS clearance, hw visible i§ this? 20 working days frm 2day i§ on d̶̲̥̅̊ 20/09/2012, my CAS has 17/09/2012 as my starting date and my course starts on 24/09/2012. Are U̶̲̥̅̊ saying ϑaτ̅ i should wait and apply 4 a visa den??

So my question nw i§ if i should include my transcript even wen it was not mentioned on my CAS cos wat i have i§ a statement of result and not d̶̲̥̅̊ final certificate or should i jst go wit d̶̲̥̅̊ one my CAS mentioned?

Immigration questions? I think its just the general ones. How far they drill you depends on the airport used. I came through LCY and to be honest I was more concerned about them checking my bags for food than any questions jare. Plz i have a lil problem, i have 2 birth certificates.
The first one was d̶̲̥̅̊ one issue back in 1988 wen i was born y d̶̲̥̅̊ 2nd one i§ d̶̲̥̅̊ one ϑaτ̅ was issue back in 2009 by d̶̲̥̅̊ population commission as a result of d̶̲̥̅̊ instruction ϑaτ̅ was issued ϑaτ̅ pple who were born within a specific year range which my was involved 2 go and register their birth even if U̶̲̥̅̊ have done ϑaτ̅ b4 bt d̶̲̥̅̊ issue here nw i§ ϑaτ̅ the new one by d̶̲̥̅̊ population commission has a lil error. My middle name there was written as Jonny instead of John and my dad's middle name was also written as Jonny insteady of Johnny cos i bear d̶̲̥̅̊ same name with my dad jst ϑaτ̅ he prefers writing his as Johnny y i write my as John and this i§ d̶̲̥̅̊ case in every other of our doc expect 4 this new birth certificate which i believe was as a result of diff ways pple tend 2 spell the name.
So wat do i do or which should i use??
If i go back 2 d̶̲̥̅̊ population commission 2 correct and issue me wit a new one which i§ most likely 2 b date this 2012, will d̶̲̥̅̊ ECO c it as A̶̲̥̅♏ trying 2 trick dem??

Donxavier: It will cost him nothing too if he only includes the documents stated in his CAS and the CAS statement. I suggest he doesn't go overboard. Let's keep the simple things simple. No need to overcomplicate a very simple process

Frankly this idea of the adding more documents than required and justifying it by statements like 'it doesn't cost you anything but makes it very safe' emanated from getting other forms of visas like the tourist, visiting, etc types where you have to show beyond any reasonable doubt strong ties to Nigeria and various other documents just to avoid being rejected.

This is a Points based student visa and once you meet the points, you will get the Visa. it's as simple as that.
I know a lot of people that got their visa's just by adhering strictly to the contents of the CAS.

On my CAS statement, it was only my statement of result for the degree awarded that was stated as document for the offer of place. Does this mean ϑaτ̅ it's only ϑaτ̅ document ϑaτ̅ A̶̲̥̅♏ to include in my visa application without documents like transcript and WAEC cos they were not mentioned on my CAS?

Although i knw ϑaτ̅ i provided dem during my application cos i did fill all d̶̲̥̅̊ required fields on d̶̲̥̅̊ application bt only gave my elective modules cos ϑaτ̅ was d̶̲̥̅̊ one i was asked 2 fill in one of d̶̲̥̅̊ spaces on d̶̲̥̅̊ form during my application.
