It depends on the school. Some Nigerian universities (like OAU) have established relationship with WES, and can send electronic transcripts directly to WES.

Other schools can send electronic transcripts to WES through a third party, e.g ETX.

Click here: https://applications.wes.org/required-documents/

And click on View Requirements.

It will tell you the documents required and how to send your transcripts electronically to WES.

Procedures for institutions contacting WES is stated on their website. Let your institution follow this if they aren't already connected with WES.

Most schools have their email address. So if your school has the option of sending electronically,let them do it ,saves time and cost.
If they aren't familiar with the process,they will contact Wes and will be guided.

It's been 9 months since I last visited this page... I remember when I was also going through this process, posting here on NL and sometimes felt the Canada dream will never come. The almighty did it for me and my family and I am sure he will do same for ya'all. Since I arrived here in January this year, it's been a life changing journey with loads of opportunities and blessings!

Just thought to encourage everyone that the struggles and the seeming current unending wait will turn out good... It's all time. And trust me, it's all worth it.

Meanwhile, good news... The Liberals won the election yesterday... JT is still here so hopefully, the immigration pathway will gain some traction in the coming weeks/months. Fingers crossed!

1. No. Your transcript is needed during physical clearance after admission.


2. Yes they do.


3. It has to do with your previous UTME/JAMB reg. no. Let the form come out first. Try to obtain the form early so as to scale through the hurdles. Stay on this thread and let's rub mind together during/after the registration.
