The kind topic wey dey make Front P these days eeh....mtchewww...make I continue my ELEWE NjEWE wey dey ma phone Jooo. |
This topic has long been on my mind for so long but it struck me when my eyes gazed on an incident that happened in my apartment not too long ago. My friends father though a man of relatively high position in the society,he has praised himself to be equal to a director in government institution. On a certain tuesday afternoon, he came out of his car and in an attempt to rid himself off what he does not need, he brought out a 5 naira note and threw it on the ground as if it were dry leaf stuck in his pocket. I too somewhat share similar avasion towards ownership of this currency as I will most times intentionally when I want to buy something, I will try to ensure that my cost of transaction is rounded up to the nearest 50 naira as the least denomination I would accept even at my own detriment.

I have followed the politics of the arab spring right from inception when the first fire catalyst was lighted by muhammed bounazzizi that led to the ousting of hosni mubarak and ben ali of tunisia, but the rest is history. The world was happy when Egypt elected their first democratic president after a tumultiouse period of military intervention but the story has change today after the same military that sacked mubarak has also given morsi his matching orders. Let's face it, even though as we see on TV, a large part of the Egyptian people are against their president and the muslim brotherhood,my own opinion about the whole scinario is that morsi 's mandate should have been respected because he worn a major population of the country in a democratic election and statusco........so I would like to know what others think about the whole scenario. |
I really get pissed off when I hear stories like dis, for the fact dat he has d previledge of being a captain in the nigerian army doesn't give him the right to treat civilians any how, morover its a civilian rigem....if he is very literate he should know that civilians are used to chalenging what they feel is deir right.....even if it a camp...its under a civilian jurisdiction. |
Very inspiring |
