Seems it is a suicide bomber
Reports say that a suicide bomber, Saturday, attacked telecom service provider, Airtel’s office in Kano.

The office is located within the Business District, opposite Malam Kato Square in the metropolis.

It is not immediately clear how the bomber gained entry into the heavily fortified Airtel headquarters that has been under the protection of combat-ready JTF officials.

Thought casualty figure is sketchy, but report says the multi-million naira headquarters is still in flames.

Efforts made to reach the JTF spokesman, Captain Ikediche Iweha, were unsuccessful as he did not respond to calls to his phone.

Whereas, the thick cloud generated by the gruesome murder in a Lagos hotel of one Miss Cythia Osokogwu by her BB friends is yet to settle, a man who suffered similar fate in the hands of a female friend but didn’t die is on revenge mission.

He even recruited a friend and together, they have been all over town drugging and robbing ladies who falls into their snare in retaliation. But like what happened to Cynthia’s killers, the Police in Lagos have arrested the suspects and are telling the story of their lives.

Police sources disclosed to Crime Guard that the suspects were trailed by crack detectives to a popular hotel in Oregun. The sources hinted that the syndicate operated in Lagos, Port Harcourt, and Abuja before they were finally rounded up. It was said that several innocent women had fallen victims to the suspects who confessed to have robbed them of expensive jewelries, handsets and cash running into millions of Naira.

In an interview with Crime Guard, one of the suspects who gave his name as Igwe, said he had no apology for what he was doing, adding that a lady he picked in Lagos in 2010 when he came back from South Africa rubbed him after he sucked her boobs and slept off.

He claimed to have stayed in South Africa for 10 years during which he made so much money; but lamented that he got to Nigeria only to be duped by a lady. It was after that horrible experience that Igwe vowed to take his pound of flesh from women.

According to him, he would go out at night and pretend to be a rich man who has plenty of money to spend, look for well dressed women, who have expensive jewelries on, phones and then asked them out. At the hotels, he would drug their drinks, raped them and robbed them afterwords.

This he said has been on for the past two years until they were recently arrested. He further stated that they have been shuttling Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja. In one of their trips to Port Harcourt, he claimed that they made so much money from the girls they caught, but was defrauded by his own boys,adding that he managed to come back to Lagos.

When Crime Guard spoke with the suspects, Igwe the Orlu, Imo State born business man blamed his action on his ordeal in the hands of the first girl he met when he returned to the country.

According to him, “I am a native of Orlu in Imo State, but I traveled to South Africa in year 2000, and I lived for 10 years before I returned home. I came back with $30,000 and I lodged at the Airport Hotel in Ikeja. On the night, I went to Metro Park Night club and picked a woman. I took her to my hotel room and when we got there I had a friend who came to pay me a visit in my room and while we were discussing, the woman discovered that I just returned from South Africa and I had some money.

“When the friend left and we were about to make love, I asked her to take her bath but she refused and said we will do that after sex but while I was romancing her, I sucked her breasts before I went into her. But shortly afterwords, I started feeling very dizzy and immediately fell asleep; I did not wake up until 6.00am. When I woke up, I discovered that she was gone; quickly, I checked my bag to see if my properties were still intact but I was shocked that the $30,000 I brought back home and all my Jewelries were gone.

“I immediately ran to the security guard to inquire if they saw her and they admitted seeing her on short, and when they asked where she was going, she told them that she was going to get toothpaste and soap. I rushed back to my room and I check the wardrobe where she kept her cloth and I discovered that her bag and a pair of trouser were still there.

“After waiting for a long time and she didn’t return; I realised that I had been robbed by a prostitute. There and then, I decided to take my pound of flesh from women. I can not count the numerous women I had done this to. But now, I have realized that what I was doing was a transferred aggression; which is not good.”

To build a solid business marketing and selling information products takes time. But, many people want to know: How do you START making money in the information marketing business RIGHT NOW?

I’ve come up with some things YOU can do immediately to make you money in the next couple of weeks. Getting SOME money coming in will motivate you and make you feel confident that this is the right business for you.

Here are a number of things that you can do to generate some FAST CASH! Pick out what works for you. Try one or all of the ones I list below. Keep doing what works and DROP what doesn’t for YOU.

1. Coaching: Individual and Group

In less than a week, you can have people paying you to coach them. You can provide them with two options: individual and group coaching. As a rule of thumb, you should charge the individual coaching clients at least 3 times more than what you charge them for group coaching.

How many people can you put into a group program? You’ll have to test it for you and your market. In MOST cases, that will be somewhere between 10 and 15 people at a time.

I don’t care what your topic is, YOU can do the same. Make people APPLY. Don’t accept everyone. Make sure that you screen anyone who asks for coaching. You’ll be glad that you did.

Meet with your group at least twice a month seminar. You should also put up a site that allows the group to share with each other. WordPress sites have plug-ins that allow you to do this. And, they are FREE.

For individual coaching, you can set up a similar site.


2. Checklists

People loves lists. Most lists that is.

No one seemed particularly excited about the 10 Commandments when it was first released!

Your prospects will pay for checklists to help them do just about anything. Not a LOT, but they will pay. What do you have that you can share with your group that will help them reach their goals?

My suggestion is to package a set of them together. Charge a VERY reasonable fee recognizing that people who buy them will probably come back and buy MORE from you in the future. What’s a reasonable fee? That all depends on the market you serve.

There are people who are making money selling checklists and other short reports for under N1,200. Start your prices LOW and see what happens.

HOW?

Set up a simple site that sells the various checklists in PDF form. In order to demonstrate the quality of your lists, give people a small sample of the lists themselves. Just don’t give TOO much away, or no one will buy.

3. Seminars/Webinars

With virtually ANY size list you can make SOME money holding a seminar or webinar. There are a variety of services that will allow you to host them. Some of them for FREE or ALMOST free.

Select a webinar when you have something to demonstrate on the computer. Use a seminar when you have something that doesn’t require demonstration.

Like all of my suggestions, you’ll want to sell people on attending by putting up a site and getting folks to visit. Once there, you want to convince them that the information is valuable enough for them to give you money.

4. “INSTANT” audio Products When You Speak

Doing a speaking engagement in the next week? Great. You can make some quick cash with this idea. You don’t even have to have a product when you speak. All you need to do is put together an order sheet.

On your order sheet, offer people two options: individual coaching and group coaching. The folks who agree to the individual coaching have to agree to have their coaching sessions with you recorded. Since you’ll be offering them a reduced price, many will take you up on the offer.

Your second offer on this sheet will be group coaching and the audio recordings of your sessions with your one-on-one clients.

You end up getting people to pay you money NOW, for them to use your services in the future.

6. Selling OTHER People’s Products

One of the fastest ways to make money is to find some good products and promote them. Even if you have some great products of your own, it may make sense to promote products that your niche would have an interest in that are NOT your own.

Most people who sell things online have an AFFILIATE program. This allows you to get a commission for everyone who buys those products through YOUR link. Many people who sell products will give you data to show you how what percentage of people buy from a specific website.

You’ll naturally want to sell products where there is a match between what your customers want and what the affiliate program you select is selling.

In the long run, you’ll want to be selling our own products, but if you don’t have them, a great way to start making money RIGHT NOW is by offering quality products OTHERS have produced.

6. Your Own Products

Create an outline for a topic that you know a lot about. Hopefully it is also one that people in your niche would be willing to pay to learn about. You’ll never know until you give it a shot. Then get someone to interview you either in person or over the phone.

Record the interview and offer the audio for sale. You’ll end up doing your recording either in person or over the phone. Either way, your customers will be MOST interested in the content, not the quality of your production.

I’m not saying you should intentionally make the audio less than stellar, but don’t worry about making it perfect. Remember, the PERFECT is the ENEMY of the GOOD!

Again, your selling will be done on a site that you set up.

Tools You’ll Need

Here is a list of some tools that you’ll need in order to make some quick money selling info products. All of these can be set up in a matter of HOURS, so nothing will hold you up.

You’ll need a few BASICS to implement the above suggestions. First, you’ll need to have a separate domain name for each of the products or services you are selling. Second, you’ll need a place to host your site. Next, you’ll need a way to put up your websites and make them look pretty good. Lastly, you’ll need a way to collect the money. Step 2 - Basic Foundation
Your brain needs exercise. Just like your body, the more you exercise
your brain, the fitter it becomes.

Memory loss that occurs in old age are normally from diseases, which
we cannot do much about, and also from lack of exercise for the brain.
If you stop using your brain, then you’ll lose its effectiveness which will
eventually give you a poor memory.
The first thing to start having a good memory is to get good sleep and
to exercise your body. This is the basic foundation necessary for
having an effective memory.

Get 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep and do some exercise such as
jogging for 30 minutes regularly.

When you get sufficient sleep, your mind is more alert. When you’re
sleepy, you tend to ignore things and don’t care about them.
You’ll pay less attention to detail and therefore it’s obvious you won’t
remember things.

With good physical exercise, your body will be stronger and you’ll have
more energy throughout the day to do work. You can also think
without getting tired easily.
Having a fit body together with good sleep is essential. Think of the
times when you were energetic throughout the whole day. What
When we’re full of energy, it’s much easier to read, play soccer and
wanting to learn more things.

When we’re tired, we just want to lie on the couch and watch
television. Take a note when you’re extremely tired and also when you
feel very energetic. Notice the difference in the way you act and feel.
When we exercise, we actually provide more oxygen to the brain cells
and more blood flows to the brain. This helps in removing waste from
your brain and makes your brain cells healthy.
