PoliticsRe: DID YOU KNOW? Lagos-Ibadan Highway Will Be Rebuilt With Concrete by IkeOnyia: 7:07am On Jul 18
Unnecessary waste of resources. Julius Berger did that road to standard and it is still good but now Umahi wants to scrap it all out because of his cement obsession.
PoliticsRe: EFCC Releases Peter Obi Supporters, Mama Pee & Randy Peter by IkeOnyia: 11:27am On Jul 16
Mama pee, is it not that woman who said that Peter Obi is more popular than Jesus Christ? If a Muslim or any APC supporter had made that sort of comment, the political, religious and ethnic spaces would have exploded calling her statement blasphemous and calling for her head. But guess what! Peter Obi and his Obidients and their pastors have all remained silent and pretended to be deaf.
PoliticsRe: Smart Schools, Broken Promises? A Tale Of Two States: What Enugu Can Learn From by IkeOnyia: 9:28am On Jul 15
There is nothing to learn from Abia. They still pay their primary and secondary school teachers peanuts. You want to see a government that is serious about education, the most important metrics to measure with, is its teachers' remuneration and the training programs available for them.
PoliticsRe: Tuggar Group Rejects Mohammed Abubakar As Bauchi APC Governorship Candidate by IkeOnyia: 9:19am On Jul 15
He can still come back to Abuja and get his old job back. Several others have done so successfully.
PoliticsRe: Barau Jibrin: President Can Intervene If Governors Abuse State Police by IkeOnyia: 3:11pm On Jul 13
Pass the bill into law already. All these fear mongering will not stop it. We already know why Fulani and Islamic expansionists are against state police. So when the President abuses federal police, why are the governors not allowed to intervene?
PoliticsRe: David Umahi Confirms Mary Habila Died In His Residence by IkeOnyia: 3:05pm On Jul 13
I suspect extramarital affairs was taking place and the legitimate wife found out. Umahi's defence is watery. Why will a public sector servant be seconded to a Minister's private residence?
PoliticsRe: Killing Repentant Bandits Violates Religious And International Law - Sheikh Gumi by IkeOnyia: 4:48pm On Jul 11
There is nothing like repentant bandits. They are terrorists. Why is it when they are caught that they suddenly repent? Which kind of watery escape strategy is that? And their victims and families are left to suffer in pain without justice. It seems that justice is alien to Islam only because it is certainly not alien to international law that the terrorist Sheikh is grumbling about.
CrimeRe: ‘We Work For Abuja Alhaji’ – Abubakar Usman (Bandit) Confesses by IkeOnyia: 11:29am On Jul 09
They should have eliminated the fulani terrorist after interogating him because terrorist sympathizers in the federal police and army will make sure they release him under the guise of repentant terrorist.
PoliticsRe: PFIPC scandal: Tinubu directs ICPC To Probe 'Presidential Intervention Council' by IkeOnyia: 8:29pm On Jul 07
There is no way Femi Gbajabiamila would not have known about this. He should stop lying, resign and face prosecution or be sacked and face humiliation.
HealthRe: Public Taps In Emene, Enugu Flow For The First Time In 30 Years by IkeOnyia: 8:48am On Jul 07
They can't even pipe the water into homes directly. People will still have to queue outside with buckets to fetch the water and some illiterates are celebrating this sad
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: "This W/Cup will be my last, I will not be 'more Cristiano' if we win it - CR7 by IkeOnyia: 9:05pm On Jul 05
Ronaldo is a good showman but Messi is the real football wizard.
PoliticsPeter Obi: Court Papers Pasted On Kenneth Okonkwo's Property (Photos) by IkeOnyia(op): 9:21am On Jul 03
Peter Obi’s Lawyers Serve Kenneth Okonkwo Through Substituted Means

After the Onitsha High Court allowed substituted service, Peter Obi’s legal team has now served Kenneth Okonkwo in the ₦8 billion defamation case.

The court papers were pasted at Okonkwo’s last known address in Nsukka, Enugu State, as the court directed. Photos were taken as proof.

This follows Okonkwo’s earlier statement that he had not received any court papers. With the documents now pasted and photographed, the case will continue. Both sides will have the chance to present their arguments in court.

CrimeRe: Gunmen Attack NIPSS Again, One Killed by IkeOnyia: 9:56am On Jul 02
They are bold to attack anywhere because they know nothing will happen to them. There are videos of senior army commanders ordering their subordinates not to shoot at them and if they are even captured, they know that they will be released and given monetary rewards once they swear by their koran that they have repented.
PoliticsRe: Atiku Meets Amaechi, Appoints Kenneth Okonkwo As Spokesman by IkeOnyia: 5:45am On Jul 02
Atiku has shown that he is a better manager of human resources than Obi. The way he brought Amaechi and Okonkwo back to his side very quickly is worthy of emulation from a lazy runaway coward like Peter Obi.
PoliticsShame! President Tinubu Yet To Honour #2b Pledge To Victims Of Plateau Massacre by IkeOnyia(op): 12:50pm On Jul 01
President Bola Tinubu is coming off as a biased and sectional president. More than 3 months after the brutal killings of Christians in Angwan Rukuba Plateau state, by Islamist terrorists, the victims have not received the much advertised compensation that came directly from the lips of President Tinubu. Is it because they are Christians and this government sides with islamists? If the victims were muslims from Jigawa, Katsina, Kano, Zamfara etc, the government would have honoured the pledge within one week! Just on Monday, the President's wife went to Jigawa state to splash them with billions. 95% of her empowerment schemes are in the muslim north in line with the policy of her husband who vowed to continue from where Buhari stopped. This is very bad. The government failed to protect these people and still want to scam them in their grief.

President Tinubu should fulfill his pledge to them without any further delay.

PoliticsRe: Remain In NDC - Dickson Begs Peter Obi, Kwankwaso, Others by IkeOnyia: 11:58am On Jun 29
He could be referring to Kwankwaso who has sent several of his lieutenants to PRP.
CrimeRe: BREAKING: Boko Haram Storms Borno Community, Abducts Candidates Taking NECO Exam by IkeOnyia: 11:51am On Jun 29
If you check well, the majority of students kidnapped will be Christians. Boko Haram specifically targets Christian-dominated communities in the north east to kill and kidnap.
CrimeRe: Nigeria: A Governor Is Nothing, I Can Kidnap A Governor’ — Terrorist Leader. by IkeOnyia: 11:46am On Jun 29
Let him start from his home state of Borno. That governor is a terrorist sympathizer.
CrimeRe: Top ISWAP Leaders, 76 Foot Soldiers Surrender To Troops In North-east by IkeOnyia: 9:16am On Jun 29
There is nothing to celebrate about this since they will eventually be branded as "repentant terrorists" and reintegrated into society or even the armed forces so that they can continue their terrorist activities on covert mode.
PoliticsRe: Ogun State Alone Can Decongest The Crowd In Lagos State. by IkeOnyia: 9:07am On Jun 29
The problem is that the people who govern Ogun state live in Lagos and Lagos is where their hearts are.
PoliticsRe: State Police Bill: How NASS Caged Governors by IkeOnyia: 4:18pm On Jun 28
There is no caging here. State police is here to stay. Those against it are enemies of Nigeria who have been brushed aside as the bill is certain to get two-thirds of states approving it.
PoliticsRe: PDP Condemns Court Order Directing INEC To Deregister NDC by IkeOnyia: 9:20am On Jun 27
Fake PDP.
PoliticsRe: Nigerian Govt Should Make Senate Part-time Work – Ndume by IkeOnyia: 9:19am On Jun 27
Senator Ndume is right on this one. No reason why the Senate should be full time.
PoliticsRe: Peter Obi Supports State Police, Wants Implementation Delayed Until After 2027 by IkeOnyia: 9:16am On Jun 27
Obi is just jealous that Tinubu is the one bringing it to fruition. Why not go and sort out the disaster that has befallen NDC before thinking of 2027 election that he may not even participate in?
PoliticsRe: NDC: It Won’t Stand – Seriake Dickson Reacts, Reveals Persons Behind Judgement by IkeOnyia: 8:40am On Jun 27
There is no way the court will allow NDC to bypass the laid down procedures for party registration and rely solely on court order for its existence. That is tantamount to entering the house through the window rather than through the door. It would also be unfair to other political parties who went through stringent conditions and rigorous checks to get registered. NDC should prepare for the worst because the court will definitely tell them to go and queue up like the rest.
PoliticsRe: Court Nullifies Ruling Ordering INEC To Register NDC by IkeOnyia: 2:47pm On Jun 26
NDC's existence was always hanging by a thread.

Their registration never followed due process.

PoliticsRe: Obi Seeks Delay In State Police Implementation Until After 2027 Election by IkeOnyia: 2:33pm On Jun 26
In other words, herdsmen and bandits should be allowed to keep killing people easily so that he can have something to hold against his political rival. It is obvious that Peter Obi is suffering rapid mental deterioration due to desperation for power.
PoliticsRe: State Police, A Commendable Step But ....... - Peter Obi by IkeOnyia: 12:28pm On Jun 26
Why the but? Is this not him 4 years ago?

Peter Obi is increasingly becoming mentally deranged.

PoliticsRe: EXCLUSIVE: The State Police Illusion — How Tinubu’s Passed Bill Leaves Ultimate by IkeOnyia: 10:22am On Jun 25
There is no illusion. The bill is well structured. The state governor appoints the commissioner of police which must be approved by the state assembly and the commissioner of police will attend state executive council meetings where decisions of the state government are reached and subsequently enforced by the police. Any rough edges can still be polished to taste with amendments in the national assembly as the Governors are a very powerful bloc.
PoliticsRe: Drama As FCT Minister Nyesom Wike Refuses To Drink Water At Commissioning Of New by IkeOnyia: 8:40am On Jun 25
