Peter Obi’s Lawyers Serve Kenneth Okonkwo Through Substituted Means

After the Onitsha High Court allowed substituted service, Peter Obi’s legal team has now served Kenneth Okonkwo in the ₦8 billion defamation case.

The court papers were pasted at Okonkwo’s last known address in Nsukka, Enugu State, as the court directed. Photos were taken as proof.

This follows Okonkwo’s earlier statement that he had not received any court papers. With the documents now pasted and photographed, the case will continue. Both sides will have the chance to present their arguments in court.

There is no way the court will allow NDC to bypass the laid down procedures for party registration and rely solely on court order for its existence.
