BTW, poster please use ' Ethnic group' in place of "tribe" next time. Tribe is derogatory and synonymous with colonialism. We are ethnic majorities and minorities in Nigeria and not tribes. Thanks.

Religion / Re: Jesus Was A Black Man by Ikhilor(m): 7:19pm On Feb 20, 2015
Historical texts (hieroglyphs) wall paintings (in Kemet i.e Egypt) are still there till date and they validate the OP's assertion. In fact, the story of a messiah was copied from the story of Osiris, Auset and horus (jesus) that the Europeans heard and found a way to make a religion out of it. The Arabs copied from the same script and that is how we came about two religions (christianity/islam) trying to outdo themselves today on which is the "true" way to the creator. Black people must do more research on these two religions because they have done way too much to denigrate and dehumanise us that we can't believe everything without doing our research on their origins. The OP has a very valid case.

I have come to realize that this site is filled with many ethnic morons who take pride in bashing certain ethnic groups for no reason. Anyway, is there a place in the world where people don't die? My question is directed at such morons

Two people died in a motorbike accident in Makurdi on New year's eve. Is Makurdi now also an Edo Village? See link to graphic pic below:

I go to my village with my Europe-born kids whenever I visit 9ja/Edo State. One will die when the time comes, fear or no fear.
Culture / Re: Is Culture And Tradition Idol Worshiping? by Ikhilor(m): 6:44pm On Dec 23, 2014
This is as a result of massive brainwash of our people by criminal invader theologies which have beamed their lies on our culture and heritage and made them look negative even if that is not the case. I, sincerely, wait for the day many Nigerians will wake up and see these foreign lies and contraptions called christianity and islam for what they are. This thread is very essential today in an Africa where the majority despise the history of their ancestors. Thnks OP for putting together this very informative write-up and also hoping many will seize this opportunity to learn about their heritage and fore-bearers. In Europe and elsewhere, their history is more important than anything else, Africans can't continue to pretend or show a nonchalant attitude to their history any more. Wake up brodas and sisters.

From your rants, all I can say is you have succeeded in erasing my earlier doubts. You, clearly, lack proper home training and so can't be helped. In your pea-brain, I don't expect you to know the ramifications in allowing GMO crops into our agricultural system, that'd be to tough for you to grasp. Wallow on in your self induced sleep but one thing is clear, you will have a rude awakening someday.

I'm afraid it'll take something unusual to unlock the brains and eyes of some of our people. That being the case, this thread is a good step from which to start looking @ what it is that has hindered our awakening even after everything is bare and plain to see that we have enemies everywhere (mostly western) who're hell bent on continuing from where their pre and post colonialist forefathers left of. We have been under siege for many hundreds of years and have been conditioned to believe everything our enemies say as truth and most of what our righteous heroes say as falsehood. The truth is, whether we like it or not, WE MUST WAKE UP AND FACE THE REAL WORLD. We are still at war as a race and thus must be alert to the workings of this criminal world we live in.

Americans are jokers. We should help other West African nations fight ebola when we are still trying to deal with the aftermath of Sawyer's wickedness when he chose to bring the disease to Nigeria? How exactly do they want us to help them? I thought they said what we have is pesticide? So we should help these countries with our pesticide? These Americans sent Patrick Sawyer to come and spread the deadly virus in Nigeria and when Nigeria was finally able to curtail it, something Americans did not foresee coming, these Americans are back again asking us to help other West African nations grappling with the disease. Okay, so how do they suggest we do that? We should send our medical personnel over there so that they can be exposed to the deadly virus and then bring it back again to their family members here in Nigeria when they come visiting abi? Nigeria, recognize your enemies oh! USA is a foe and not a friend. Liberia is USA's little pet project. Why can't they help them? Imagine asking a blind man to lead the blind!

Foreign Affairs / Re: Go Back To England, Mugabe Tells White Settlers by Ikhilor(m): 11:54pm On Sep 06, 2014
Seeing positive comments here in support of the Pan African acts of President Robert Mugabe is testament to the fact that, indeed, Africa is not finished and will rise again if we all start seeing the western plot to keep our continent subservient and for their personal and selfish gains for that. President Robert Mugabe is anything but a stupid man, he know's how they operate and have hit them where it hurts most. Even with the harsh, illegal SANCTIONS over a decade, the govt is still alive and working and the west is even more exasperated. This man is a true leader of his people, that's why he's still there. Some say he's been there too long, they forget or don't know that the art of wrestling control of a system as delicate as Zimbabwe's require thorough and meticulous planning and resilience because the "enemy" is not giving up soon. Only strong resilient characters are needed for such roles and Robert Mugabe is one such LEADERS. He's still there because his people want it so. Long live Zimbabwe, long live Africa.

Agriculture / FG Commissions The Largest Silos In West Africa by Ikhilor(m): 8:41pm On Aug 29, 2014
This news is coming as a respite on the heels of the incessant negative news of the past few weeks. Nigeria must sustain herself and most importantly, be able to store her food. The inability to secure food produce in the past has cost us dear because so much food has been thrown away as a result. These silos are a breadth of "fresh air" in our quest to stop the incessant wastage that's come to characterise the country's agric sector.

Agriculture / Nigeria Build's Largest Silos In West Africa by Ikhilor(m): 7:48pm On Aug 29, 2014
I think this is a very vital step in the direction of food sustenance. Hopefully more of these will be built around the country to forstall wastage of agric products that have often gone to waste because there were not enough storage facilities to preserve them. If we can sustain this level of development, there are real chances of Nigeria becoming a better country where agriculture plays a vital role in national development. Nice step in the right direction

It is allowed that people travel to see the world for various reasons, using the most difficult and often times dangerous mean to achieve that should be discouraged because life is sancrosanct. If one must travel out of his/her immediate environment, the safest, most appropriate means should be employed.

About time African govts start educating their people about the risks of trying to cross the atlantic in rickety and over filled boats. This measure has become necessary given the almost daily news of boats filled with African migrants capsizing in deep sea. Events like these can't be totally avoided (because of some diehards) but can be curtailed to the bearest minimum with the active involvment of African countries, The A.U, and ECOWAS doing something to sensiitize the people of the dangers involved in these risky and sometimes fatal adventures.

Sports / Re: Amodu Sacked, Foreign Technical Adviser To Be Appointed by Ikhilor(m): 1:29pm On Feb 08, 2010
Dude, you are not getting it. Its not about just employing any white skined color man, it is about employing the best because only the best is
good enough for you and me and Amodu is simply not the best. I have clamoured for Siasia severally on this same forum is he also white?
It doesn't matter the color as long as the coach we employ is the best that we can have. Like I stated earlier, Amodu is definitely not the best in my own accessment because he is too poor tactically, he is just a lucky naughty person, no apologies to his fans, and there is only a little luck can do for you
that was why we couldn't win the nation's cup. You can bite me for my opinion but I have a right to it!
Dude, from what I understood you said nobody is saying a white technical adviser is going to win us the wc, is that not the reason someone who qualified the team is being booted out barely 4 months to the wc? Those that don,t want to see Amodu sit on our bench before the world are very ok with a foreign mercenary being given the glory he never deserved since this likely person did,nt qualify the team. What,s wrong with respecting a contract that ends only in a couple of months time? Most importantly, why would,nt we give Amodu and a consortium of local coaches a great opportunity to learn on their trade with wc participation? So much questions bordering my mind, we should learn to live life one step at a time and most importantly, let our people learn from their mistakes to be able to get it right.Even mourinho, ferguson put together is still not a guarantee we,ll win the wc, so what,s the aim derailing a very important opportunity for Nigerian coaches to learn about their trade? We should support and push our people for no one else will do that for us.
