RomanceRe: Dignity Or Virginity by iKoRn(m): 10:49pm On Jul 18, 2007
If I had to choose, I would rather have dignity than to be a virgin. Girls treasure virginity more than men do. Those who are virgins think they are morally pure vis-a-vis to those who have lost it. From a man point of view, my dignity can get me somewhere; job, friendship, a good relationship et cetera while being a virgin will only get me screwed.
RomanceRe: My Girlfriend's Ex-Boyfriend Bought Her A Car by iKoRn(m): 10:38pm On Jul 18, 2007
If the girl was my chick? I can definately not put up with it. She is not worth keeping. Why the hell on earth would you accept gifts from your ex? I know I wouldn't. Someone is using your treasure trove while you are not at home. Women are dime a dozen. Look for one who is not too materialistic like the one you have currently.

RomanceRe: Is Money The Basic Thing In A Relationships? by iKoRn(m): 3:43am On Jul 16, 2007
No. Sex and companionship is. Money plays a very huge role in a relationship but its not the basic. It determines how long the relationship will last. The more you have, the more leverage you get. You can get away with stuff when you have money than when you don't. With me love, sex and companionship are the key determinat factors. I would be out of my freaking mind to expect my wife to stick out with me when she really has to go out and beg for food.

PropertiesRe: Cost Of Cement Droping Soon? by iKoRn(m): 3:06am On Jul 16, 2007
Cement goes for about Ksh 700 per 50kg bag. Ironically, prices seldom goes down as quick as they hike. A modern four bedroom house will use at least 2000 bags of cement. I am talking from a Kenyan point of view and there is no two ways about it. Any short cuts will have grave results.
PropertiesRe: Car Or House? by iKoRn(m): 2:55am On Jul 16, 2007
What gives? Umph, that is tough. I reside in US and being here I would opt to having a car to get me back and forth to work than buying a house. On the other hand, if I were in Kenya, I would definately get a house first. So I think it really depends on where you are. Life is a bitch, isn't it?
