Concerning the bolded , if for example the person made the transfer from a stolen account or he is a kidnapper etc just like the example you gave...even if you do not release the usdt to him or her.. assuming he already sent the money to your bank account nko and you realize the name is different from his name on the p2p , is one not in trouble already whether you release usdt or not?? If the person is guilty of sending money from someone else account , don't you think the seller is already going to be in trouble even if the seller cancels the trade...?? According to what many p2p platforms do advice , they will advice the seller not to release the coin to such buyer , but even without releasing the coin to the buyer, what about the money the buyer sent to the seller bank account already, won't that still put the seller in trouble if for example the buyer was a kidnapper that wants to use his or her victim money to buy usdt from you ?? It is scary
Yes, you're almost in trouble, but you'll need to start documenting your case even before the police track you.

In the chat with the person, tell him/her you're not comfortable with the account the money is coming from. Talk about being implicated in something you don't know of.

Chat as if a judge will read the chat in the future in a court room and exonerate yourself.

Preach about how you're a good person and don't want anything that'll put you in trouble. You get my point?

After that, ask for the exact account number to refund the money back to where it's coming from.

The chat will save you alongside the refund you made. Also keep details of the client/seller because some of them might deactivate when they know the police is after them.

So, you're safe, but you go spend small money in court case and may even spend some days in custody, but you're safe.

Even if you catch a case, it will be trading P2P, not kidnapping or murder.

When doing P2P, people focus more on not getting scammed, but forget about not getting jailed via false accusations.

For not getting scammed, recording of your bank app and its history is needed before you start the trade if your transaction a big amount and also the traders rating.

For not getting jailed, the name of the trader in the P2P app MUST match the app he's sending the money from.

I entered a trade today and it went sour. I want you to read the chat and learn something from it. Also, when a trader acts funny or scammy, tell them you'll post your chat online on all social media with their details and Tunde Ednut, VeryDarkMan and co. will broadcast it to the rest of the world. This will put fear in some of them and they'll adjust.

So, read the chat and pick one or two things.

BTC doesn't have a best time. Everyday is a best time. Though, you can choose when it's down or at the bottom of bear market.

The 5 green just happened, but it didn't reach the 61k I was expecting. Anyway, I longed BTC, but I'll add to my position if it does a sharp dip to 61k before going up to 64-66-72k.

I'm not a trader, I'm an opportunist.

My regret? I wanted to short Banana on MEXC when it was at $70 the day it was launched on Binance because of its bad tokenomics, but I don't know how I managed to forget. Would've made some free money. cry

InvestmentRe: Crypto Currency Investors Thread by iLegendd(m): 4:18pm On Aug 01, 2024
Stage 2 of 5 green might happen today if BTC hits 61k or 58k. After that, there will be some rallies. Then, stage 3 which might take us to 50k-48k. Remember, this is just a prediction, not the truth. The market is capable of being against or in favour of anyone's prediction.

The thing is, whether BTC goes up or down, alts will keep suffering till ending of August-Sept. Yes, alts will rise, but will silently dump harder than their previous lows. I call it the slow poison dump. You won't even know it's happening until you realize you've lost another 70%.

This is why I'm more focused on longing and shorting BTC and ETH at the moment while monitoring alts I love.

It won't. Though, I know why the pioneers call it peaceful protest. They know it will turn violent and becomes a revolution, but they want to choose their words correctly to avoid being arrested for incitement.

Disclaimer: I'm not promoting violence, but I know it's the only solution. My community has used violence to achieve a lot.

cheesy cheesy Nigeria will never get it right except it's through violence to the point politicians are scared of their lives and also scared of their securities and bodyguards because they feel all Nigerians are united against them, including the gallant uniform men protecting them.

This is where you are ignorant. Tony discontentment is the seed that later evolves into mega revolt. Watch the entire Nigerian political system collapse in some years from now from the built up of these protests. We have seen this in the spirit for many years now. So the protest is on track towards its target though later in the years
I get your point. The initiative is good, but until it turns violent, it won't amount to anything in the long run.

I'm not preaching violence, but from experience, it's the only thing corrupt people fear because they don't want to die too early and leave their stolen wealth behind or watch their material possessions get burnt by angry youths.

This Is Why I'm not Protesting

Where I'm from in Rivers state, we don't protest — we're too violent for protect. We go into riot straight and destroy.

I'm going to type fast and I won't proofread, so ignore typos.

As a kid, around 2004 or thereabout, we have this oil company called Elf, later changed to Total, in my place. Everyday, they were drilling millions of Dollar out of our community.

Yes, they pay the entire community's NEPA bill, but sometimes, NEPA gives us low voltage and our fluorescent will keep blinking.

Our elders peacefully met Total and told them we don't want NEPA, but our independent gas turbine, two for that matter, but guess what? Total was taking them for granted because it was a peaceful meeting/protest.

One day, the youth got upset, equipped themselves with charms and weapon and they went there for a riot, not a peaceful protest. The plan was to burn down the oil company and send them out.

The riot escalated and the destruction started. The military were shooting, but men didn't retreat. They shut down their production.

The destruction and looting of expensive equipment was massive. Total begged and called for MoU and agreed to build the turbines.

Today, more than a decade, my entire local government has constant light and we don't pay a dime. It took violence for our dream to be achieved.

Most of you have heard of the violence in Rivers state since 2015. Guess where it started? My community — before it expanded to other places. Every bad thing or good thing in Rivers state always start there.

Why did that violence start? Total pays the community millions every month for development, but there is this man in charge, put there by the elders, to handle the money aspect.

Sadly, we had a land case with another family because oil was discovered in that land. An elderly man died but they accused our family of being the killer and it went to court, but we weren't.

This man in charge of the millions connived with the lawyers and didn't want the case to end. They were milking the family dry with close to zero development. When I say family, I'm not referring to my surname alone, but the entire "umu+general name" as we call it.

One cult boy from the family, who's the oga of Don Wani, from another community, took it upon himself and unalived the embezzler.

I was at home the day he was killed and I heard the gunshots. They came in military uniform. Anyway, that is a long story. He's late now and his boy, Don Wani, is also late.

Violence is bad, but it's the only thing that makes a corrupt Nigerian in power become scared of stealing public fund.

The next person that took over that embezzler's position is transparent now because he's scared of being visited by bad boys if he misappropriates the money.

Corrupt people can be transparent if they know the repercussion is death of themselves or their loved ones.

Total, on the other hand, is afraid of taking light because bad boys might steal transformers and armoured cable and they must replace or repair it FAST before boys will enter street and start a riot — they know what boys are capable of even in the presence of well-equipped military men.

A year or two after Total built those turbines, AGIP was sent a letter to build too and without hesitation, MoU was written and they did. They used what happened to Total as a lesson.

Where am I driving at with this story?

1. Bad boys do fight for people's freedom too until they begin to feel untouchable and start committing crimes that don't favour the community.

2. When a Nigerian is in power and everyone is submissive, he becomes abusive, authoritative and feels untouchable. This is when the people will suffer because he knows everyone is toothless. This is why we need bad boys who are fearless and ready to risk their lives to save the community from corrupt tyrants.

3. Until our politicians become scared of death or are put in a position where they narrowly escaped death from angry youths, they'll NEVER change. Those who have experienced near death experience always realize life is not all about being richer than everyone and stealing from our common wealth.

These people realize life is more important and anything. Our Nigerian politicians have not been put in this position, so they'll keep being corrupt. The bad boys that are supposed to put fear of death in them have become their boys because of money.

Money, is truly the root of all evil. The reason Nigerians and Nigerian politicians are corrupt is because of money and our bad boys who are supposed to put fear in them have been bought over. So, e go tay before Naija for beta.

Peaceful protest can't solve Nigeria's problem. I learned this from experience from childhood. If not for violence, my community wouldn't have free light, free education, abroad schools, free water, etc. RIP to those that died for this to be achieved.

So, for Nigeria to be great, there must be bad boys who have good intentions for progress of the nation and politicians must fear them based on their past records.

Unfortunately, all our bad boys with good intentions, Asari, Tompolo, Ateke, etc. have been bought by politicians and now, they have become selfish and dropped the struggle. Money is more than the root of evil, but destruction of a society.

With the above, I want to tell you that I won't participate in any peaceful protest. I'm lying on my bed while it rains as I trade crypto. I don't want peace. It never works.

Where I'm from, we only partake in violent riots. After the bloodshed, comes the change and revolution.

It's better to be feared than to be respected. Fear brings CHANGES while respect bring ADULATION.

In Nigeria, we want change, not adulation.

To those of you going for the peaceful protest, I wish you the best. Just know that whatever changes the government makes because if this peaceful protest, it will be reverted in a year so that you'll come back for another protest because they make money allocating funds for anti-protest protest.

Do you know how many billions or millions some politicians have made from this anti-protest protest?

I don't advocate violence, but it's what my community used to achieve what the youths of today now enjoys in my entire local government. If not for violence, the Niger Delta won't be paid 13%.

Corrupt people see peaceful people as fools they can easily manipulate. Have you ever wondered why women always sleep, date, or marry ugly bad boys? They don't want peace — it's boring. Kenya will achieve more after their protest than Nigeria.

So, make I just lie down for this bed, under this rain, dey make my money in peace. I have started longing BTC from 64k and I'm currently in profit. Peaceful protest? Count me out.

I have shared this before, but I'll reshare.

Don't put all your eggs in one basket. As I am, even 100 basket is not enough for me.

In your Bybit account and some other exchanges, you can have 20 separate accounts inside one main account with your money shared among them. With this, you can trade 20 different times independently.

This is a good risk management strategy. Also, it helps you hide money inside 1 Bybit account.

You can create subaccounts based on narratives like RWA, Meme, Gaming, AI, etc. or by age: Oldcoin, Newcoins, etc.

It's what determines the strength or weakness of the US Dollar against other currencies.

In most cases, when Dollar loses strength, BTC gains strength. When Dollar gains, BTC loses. There comes a time during altseason when it no longer works effectively.

Whenever my DXY alert comes and it's positive +0.11, I adjust my chair for a slight dump. If it's from +2.1% and above, I get ready a big dump. This is also one of my indicators. If it's positive, BTC dumps. If it's negative, BTC pumps. Though, in altseason, it won't matter anymore — everything will pump whether DXY is positive or negative.

Currently shorting XRP from 0.633 and it's now at 0.61. At 0.6, I may leave.

I'm waiting for 5 green day phase two. We had phase 1 a week ago.

Everyday I wake, I feel grateful for being alive. But, I feel more grateful knowing that something called crypto exists and it functions 24/7 unlike some other industries that have opening and closing hours.

In a world where the Illuminati, BlackRock, the government, etc. wants to control us, crypto emerged to give us some level of financial peace and control.

As long as BTC doesn't crash to zero, we should all be grateful of this technology even when our greed made us to lose some money.

As we learn and practice, we shall get it right.

There are two sets of criminals here. The old and the new. With the old criminals, the masses benefitted: cheap fuel and food.

With the new criminals, the politicians alone are the ones benefiting because fuel and food are expensive, yet the money has been shared amongst politicians, judges, highly ranked men and some parts used in rubbing corruption on our faces by buying vehicles, planes, yacht, etc. for their leisure.

Some bought houses abroad, put some in crypto and paid their grandchildren's school fees even before they were born.

When they want to do projects, the give the contract to someone who belongs to their cartel and bloat the price so that they'll make profit and share it behind the scene in exchange for a poorly done project.
