Isn't Audu the gov that just died?

So why is this news turning up now?

He sounds like a rapist and she sounds like a runz girl.

Since 2008? Who dug up this wound and for what purpose?

I'm glad this thread is up and running back....sometimes we may think this' a waste of precious time, but not to be discouraged, we would be judged by posterity ...now (coz I've got pieces of info which has brought a light to my desire- development of the Yoruba land and by extension, Nigeria).... and future coz years after years, people can come back here to find hope, information, direction- not to forget that a search on Google can be directed to Nairaland....

yea we shouldn't be tired. lol, if we are sooo deflated by such a minute opposition, then it's sad to say we ain't strong yet to fight for change and development in the real world of actualizing our dreams for the motherland.

CabbieAC, shymexx, ilekehd, modath, one reflection, all of us, let's throw last night behind us..
lol, tomorrow is a better day...and it looks promising....

oya...who knows bout the submission of the last confab report on regionalism??... I just need a concise opinion., coz the one being peddled by the Yoruba so-called elders seems too ambiguous

You're correct.

and what I have to let you know again, is each time your comments appeal to your opponent, automatically you are on a wrong side! why is it that, it's only igbo people that come out to condemn themselves? have you seen a fulani man condemn fulani herdsmen? have you ever seen educated fulanis call their people barbaric herdsmen?
Have you ever seen educated yoruba people call their people yorubatic?
have you ever seen a German insult Hitler? must you guys write poo!
my research shows that because igbo society condoned any type of opinion including the people speaking against their clans unlike other tribes, where they are either killed or banished! these set of people are ready to showcase their stupidity in the name of "I'm saying the truth " forgetting that in nation building and politics of nigeria or the world in general there is nothing like truth!!!
have you seen a fulani man come out and say "let me say the truth" our people are this and that?
You want to be praised with a very hypocritical line like "I like you because you do not behave like your people " huh??
or you want to be Joe igbokwe? if crisis start today, do you think IlekeHD will spare you because u were against biafra? mumu people! must you stubborn people talk?

What's IlekeHD gotta do with this thread again?

Do you guys dream about Ileke or Sth? I've not had una time for a while but you and your ilks keep mentioning my handle like an ADHD patient.

Where are the programmers

As per the guy pleading for help, I didn't know what response to give him but I think he has gotten some help.I've seen folks tell him to drop his number but I don't know how far with that

I think MayorofLagos also wanted to render some help as well. Its difficult to tell whether he's real or fake but let's just assume he's real since that's a better option

I don't know about TeHn

Modified:I don't think he has gotten any help

Do what?

Are you talking about the guys asking for tuition money?

Sorry I'm gonna have to say No. With all these fraud cases on NL and esp within TeHN, you want them to start calling me a fraudster too?

I'm gonna have to pass and wish the guy good luck.

MayorofLagos:

Seun,
I read your response in the direct address. Thanks for listening.
This thread has diverted purpose and energy away from bickering and antagonism across ethnic lines and activities which before would cause negative impulse and multiplied effects is now spent in educating and learning. Im learning things here I did not know exist in the diversity of Yorubaland. I will never love Ibo with same vigour I love Yoruba but Im engaged loving Yoruba more than I am spending hating Ibo. Thats a good thing and I believe it applies to many of us.
Have a great day boss!

I agree with you....this thread has somewhat decrease my tribalism and increase my energy on Yoruba devol. But that's not business. NL needs tribalists and tribal arguments to survive. This thread is an obstacle. Therefore......

You are a better man than I am for arriving at the conclusion I highlighted.

Being of a more cynical bent, I would argue that it was moved to the FP in furtherance of commercial interests rather than for any altruistic reason you can think of. In short, to encourage the usual rancour (mudfest) which obtains around these parts and draw traffic.

I am too long in the day not to recognise chicanery, when I see it. cheesy

You may be right. There's no altruism in business.

That's why the front page and the politics section encourages so many tribally motivated arguments.

Yes, you're right when it comes to religion it's about live and let live but when it comes to faith it's about living/depending on God's mind. Therefore, I do not speak about religion I speak about faith which is truly the substance of things hoped for. Remember, I didn't initiate the discussion of 'the bible is confuse' 'I doubt there is God' 'where is the location to heaven.....' you did and I was only responding to clear your mind.

I still offer myself to show you the way to heaven since I know you gprs can't show you. Shalom

You want to show me a nonexistent heaven? Thanks dude, but I'm gonna have to pass.

I pray & hope i don't change my stance cos it would only mean one thing, that Nigeria become a Chad / Niger 2:0,

If is a bit negative & will appreciate if it is removed... 6 months after 16yrs of "chop/ share the money" is not enough for crucifixion,...

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, have seen first hand the opposition's molestation of the economy & their indiscriminate plunder without any sense of restraint / responsibility....

We can beat this govt up as much as we want but when someone is in ICU after a major crash, no one expects the person to start doing the dougie immediately...

Two issues i have with PMB;

1. Complaining --- He knows the wrong doers, thought by now, heads should have been rolling, don't want to hear of the impediments, we voted him to solve problems, he should get to work... .

2. Communication ---Too taciturn, no one is asking him to run commentaries but speak small at least & let people know the efforts you are making.....

Btw... Baawo ni? Ise ati life generally nko?

Mo wa jare. Happy thanksgiving!!

You made a lot of sense in your post.
