When Helen Keller, a deafblind (they neither see nor hear) was asked what would she do if she was given eyesight for 3 days, she said she would love to "greet the dawn."

For many of us, we would hiss when we know it is dawn. For most us, it means we must get ready for work. For the kids, its time to prepare for school.

We take our eyesight for granted.
Wait, how do you ask someone who is blind and deaf a question...?

It's not about praying, it's about the endless pains.
I saw a woman burnt like a roasted goat yet she was still alive screaming with her all body white pale due to the fire.
Goodness sake!
Are you sure you were not in the emergency ward?

You see, patients in ICU are moved from emergency ward.

Its usually in Emergency wards or outpatient departments that you find delirious and screaming people

People in ICU are sedated and attached to tubes

Some even have tubes in their mouth or nose or both

Yeah in some cases, case is different so screaming can happen afterall na hospital, patient is in pain

But in ICU, they are under constant surveillance, surrounded by medics and machines, yeah uou might see burns but screaming, how
They are mostly sedated, once again

If that burnt woman was in ICU, the medics will do everything to stabilise her immediately she was brought in

ICU is not labour ward too, or psychiatrist ward nor a theatre

Its mostly quiet and u can hear machines

Any human wey enter ICU come out alive is a real life testimony.
I helped a family of strangers push their dad from ward to ICU one midnight at a federal hospital.
Immediately we stepped into the ICU I swear to my creator we got froze for 3seconds, I and the guy whose dad we were carrying. Infact the man fell off from our hands because we froze.
Do you know why we froze for 3seconds?? The doctors immediately had to rush to tap us to regain consciousness.
Oh my goodness!!
Patients in ICU are miracles.
I saw people living in hell in ICU.
People praying for death at the ICU ,while Mr death is somewhere staring at them.
Ever since that night, I've been a humbled man.
Most people in ICU are either conscious or semi conscious or sedated

I mean that they can't pray

Politics › Re: Insecurity: Don’t let Trump promote religious war in Nigeria, Falana warns FG by illicit(m): 11:23am On Jan 05
Teymanhenry:
You must be deliberately ignorant to deny that Nigeria is already fractured along religious lines. This division is no longer theoretical—it is visible, institutionalized, and lived every single day.
We now have:
1. A Muslim–Muslim leadership at the very top.
2. Under Buhari, over 70% of key appointments went to Hausa Muslims.
3. Under Tinubu, over 80% of appointments are dominated by Yorubas.
These are not coincidences. They are patterns. And they deepen an already dangerous imbalance.
Nigeria has always had deep socio-cultural differences, but today those differences have been weaponized. I live in the North and the North Central, and I don’t speak from hearsay—I speak from daily reality. Fear is no longer occasional; it is constant. Survival has become a strategy.
Right now, Christians in these regions are barely surviving. Communities are attacked, voices are silenced, and suffering is normalized, while those in power either look away or pretend nothing is wrong. This is not unity. This is neglect. And silence in the face of this reality is complicity
So is trump coming to tidy our civil service and make new appointments?

What you are talking about is politics, i thought we were discussing security

How does appointment make traditional worshippers die?

When there were christain ministers and vice president, how exactly did it impact you
Politics › Re: Insecurity: Don’t let Trump promote religious war in Nigeria, Falana warns FG by illicit(m): 9:57am On Jan 05
Teymanhenry:
..

Nigeria is facing a clear religious crisis that only willful blindness can deny. For over a decade, Islamic extremists have targeted Christian communities—this is not propaganda, but a painful reality that amounts to genocide.
What deepens the tragedy is the silence of those in power. Our leaders look away, choosing greed and politics over human lives. Evil thrives where conscience, education, and accountability are absent, and unchecked extremism will continue to destroy everything it opposes.
If we reject foreign intervention, does that mean we should stand by while innocent Christians are slaughtered? Sovereignty cannot excuse silence. A nation that fails to protect its people has already failed its purpose.
It is better if he is coming to make the country safe for both Muslims and Christians

He is about to divide thjs country along religious lines while we are still battling secession and sociocultural aggression

How does he mean well, he only wants a battlefield in West Africa to tackle Russia encroachment thats all
