As much as I can’t say if this is a reason, my friend and I who were both August applicants sent emails until they warned us to stop sending. 3 weeks later after they warned my friend, and 2 weeks after they warned me, our PPR came on the same day, December 29th.

Keep sending emails and webforms and back it up with serious prayers.

Medicals updated: October 25th (I sent an email and a webform before it was updated)

During my journey, this is what I noticed ---
Start and End with prayers, because only God can give you the strength for this process.

Do your own research, watch a lot of videos on youtube and read different forums.

We can all do this application ourselves, but please use an agent if you're not well-versed in the process. To avoid mistakes.

Don't pick an agent that doesn't have your time. Ask questions, and Pick his/her brain. From your little research of the process, you will be able to find out if the agent knows his onions.

Write your SOP yourself Please. Only you can tell your story. If you're using an agent tell him your story truthfully so that he can advise you. If you're not using an agent find someone on this platform to talk to and polish your SOP and Story. Agents don't usually write SOPs sef.

Form A access has been hard recently but please don't give out money to just anyone to help you fast-track the process. Always use a banker you can hold. Don't pay anyone money you meet online. The heart of Man is wicked.

My agent was wonderful, stayed and prayed with me throughout the process.

Now start to Exercise Patience! Build your shield.

My experience was crazy ...... 27 weeks no be beans. I was sending web forms every day and the replies were generic. I sent mails to MP, PRIME MINISTER, MINISTER FOR IMMIGRATION, and EVERYBODY FOR OVER 13 WEEKS BEFORE I RECEIVED PPR TODAY.

I left Nairaland for some time for my mental health but today I'm back with Joy. Thanks to everyone here, I made friends & family here.

It's PPR for my wife (Study permit 22 Dec) and myself (SOWP 23 Dec).

I did everything myself, got all the help and tips from this platform... y'all helped me with your questions and answers....and then I learnt patience here too....trust me we got frustrated waiting ..... especially after reading CBSA NOTES and seeing that nothing was worng since November but no one was working on our file....we sent webforms and emails to them and got only one reply last Saturday.....ok not yet time for stories let's go drop passports first...

Story for another day:
This application has God written all over it ....while waiting for ppr .....Holland College cancelled Jan winter intake till Sept 2023......God helped us get Georgian College in just 2 weeks ...Fees paid through form A to Holland college (this was in July went through from A application to disbursement in just 2 weeks no stress no buttons pressed no insider....)...was sent back to us and we immediately paid Georgian College before their 2 weeks deadline.....this story go long...let me wait first!

I applied on October 22 (this is the 9th week I applied) biometric oct 27, we have not gotten medical request sef.
I applied with my husband and 2 kids. Class should begin on January 4.

First things first, I’d say you should defer your admission to May entry if possible.

Hello my people. Today is the deadline given by my school. What did you guys do differently on days like this to get PPR before deadline. Application is 12 weeks today (past normal 9 weeks)
This is affecting me mentally as I can’t defer second time.

This is really not nice, it’s over a month already. You should go back to this Qlife and complain to them. Make them know how their negligence is going to cost your admission/visa and I thought it’s IOM that wasn’t organized. No much difference between them and Qlife obviously.

It may not be Qlife’s fault, even if they’ve sent it, IRCC most times will not update it immediately

My Medical was done on 16th of September. and it still Nothing. I am concerned.

Did you submit an email and a web form after you did your medicals??

October 28th and school resumes 9th of January.
His school is already sending a link for us to update Study Permit Application Status before 13th December, 2022.

I applied since August 29th and they just gave me that response on Tuesday.
I feel you should keep sending emails and webforms to them, inform them of what the school is saying, you can attach screenshots of the mail the school sent or his portal or wherever they wrote it that he has to update his study permit application status.

I got this response this morning after sending an email concerning my brother's application, while using his email address.

I guess it is a generic response or does it mean anything? This is my third email to them...sent the first email on 24th Nov, the second on 28th Nov and this morning.
