Hello my Good People, Thank you very much for your Positive feedback, suggestions and criticism for the detailed architectural floor plan of 3 Bedrooms at the front and 1 Bedroom at the back on 50x100 fts I posted days ago. Here is the Modified Plan and 3D Representation of the plan. Any feedback, criticism and suggestion will be appreciated.

My observations:
1. Kitchen in 1 bed flat has no exit door or veranda. I know this is similar in design to most self contained apartments with only one entry and exit door, but I personally prefer my kitchen to have a separate exit door.

2. No kitchen stores

3. Laundry has no door

4. I personally prefer a living room that one wouldn't need to pass through anytime one wants to step out through the front door, so I'd prefer my ante room opening directly into the lobby rather than into the living room.

5. I'm guessing there is no door between the living room and lobby in the 3 bed flat, and if that's the case then ventilation in the lobby should be taken care of. However, I believe u may need to provide for some source of daylight in the inner parts of the lobby, like maybe glass blocks on the wall separating lobby and laundry.

Good one sir/ma. Issue I have now is the bq kitchen, the space is nothing now, kitchen terrace is nt a must for them. Why not extend all the way to where u have the terrace n also the door position should be kinda directly opposite each other to make the space effective
The store door should open out if you want to maintain it cos it's small already n the door opening inward would render it useless

.wall to the left of the dinning has been removed
. entrance door has been created to the laundry through lobby
.the terrace portion has been used as part of the kitchen and a small terrace has been created at the laundry window
.I have increased the windows of the other two bedroom at the main flat two.thank you very much I really appreciate your guidance.

* Knock off the wall to the left of the dinning so the dining will be big n throw more light down the long lobby n ease of traffic there
*how do you access your laundry? Not shown on the drawing n u can have a bigger kitchen using the terrace portion as part of it n have a small terrace at the laundry window side.
* Make the windows of the other two bedroom at the main flat two at the sides or if one, make it wider/bigger

Construction 2 flats (3 Bedrooms at the front and 1 Bedroom at the back on 50x100 fts
Day 1: We commence with Site Clearing and uproot of the root on Site.
This root is necessary in order not to affect the Foundation. If
wood is cut on d surface without uproot deep down. This may lead to
crack of foundation later on.
