even madrid knew they were they were going to lose after the own goal by ramos because bayern was pressing very hard on them for a 3rd (it would have been a win for bayern if the match ended 2 - 3). but, as usual, the ref came in to do his politics. it's a shame penaldo got away with 2 offside goals.
