Are you sure you aren't overreacting? Foreign brokers process a request within 12 hours most of the time, but the wire completion process takes a minimum of three days after you get the processing confirmation. So, I am not sure how 28 hours to completion is too bad. I am sure they are only able to do that because of their Nigerian presence. Otherwise it will take the same 3 days like the rest.

Also, $50 or $5000, the process will likely be the same. Hotforex and others like XM have been around for more than 10 years. You think no one is trusting them with big money since that time?

Maximum leverage allowed is 1:30, Must be an active member of FTA thread. 1st, 2nd and 3rd position will get $50, $30, $20 . Close all position at contest close and auto sync.
All instruments allowed except crypto . No use of pin to secure trades.

My own definition of a good strategy is one that allows you to cut yout losses short and let your profits run combine that with good Risk management you are good to go.

The drawdown metrics I don't agree with.

For example,

I bought cable on the M30 right at asia low before the 1000 points move yesterday with 0% DD, price traded to the high then did a pullback which we all saw today forming that double bottom.

Because of that pullback it reads on FX blue live that I had a drawdown of over 1%

Now experienced traders know the markets buys in pullbacks and sells like a waterfall.

I shouldn't be recording a DD when in profit no one can control pullbacks- they happen.

I feel DD should be calculated based on actual closed loss not on floating profit or loss

Someon who trades on the D1 timeframe with 0.01 lots size can have 5-10% DD just after placing the trade but that doesn't mean he has actually lost until he closes the position.

My suggestion is that for next contest, let the opening balance be pegged at 500$ and leverage reduced to like 10:1 with crypto and other non currency pairs disabled. That way we all can participate and trade maturedly.

But its as simple as we have been doing it thou. Trade responsibly. The prizes are more this time. The cash prizes will go to the top 3 but the account management will go to top 3 that trade responsibly. Trade this as if its live account that I will hand over to you. God willing, It will be bigger over time. My dream is to make great traders from this little effort who will be in a closed group and help each other and they will be able to have their own big fund as well over time.

Open an account with Standard Charted Bank. There Visa card is $500 per month limit

Use virtual card by Barter. You can pay for any amount but they charge the normal dollar rate (480).

The reason this is happening is because the FG through the NCC increased tariff for international inbound calls by more than 500%. This made the foreign network providers to now route their call through local Nigerian numbers so they are charged as local calls.
