PoliticsRe: Adeolu Adeboye Hadn’t Joined Ronchess When Kaduna Contracts Were Awarded by immortalcrown(m):
Whether this claim is true or false, the point remains that there's no justification for the media to use Pastor Adeboye's name to report the failure of the project. Adeboye's name was not used to sign and announce the contract.

I was called unprintable names because I asked why Pastor Adeboye is used to announce the abandonment of the project. That very post meant to tarnish Adeboye's image has "Pastor Adeboye" in the caption. This one that is meant to clear Adeboye's name does not have "Pastor Adeboye" in the caption. Can't you see the mischievousness?

I asked whether the news about the awarding of the contract was captioned with Pastor Adeboye when the contract was awarded. I asked whether Pastor Adeboye was mentioned in the contract papers. I asked whether the contract failed because Adeolu's father is Pastor Adeboye. I also asked if Pastor Adeboye would have been used to caption the news about the celebration of the project by the time the project is completed and commissioned by the governor of the state. Fanatics couldn't answer any of these questions. They sentimentally resorted to insulting me and claiming that I am a supporter of Pastor Adeboye. They hate the truth when it does not favour their sentiments.

Pastor Adeboye is not in any way my role model in Christianity. Those who have come across comments I dropped on threads about the things Pastor Adeboye, Pastor David Oyedepo and some other pastors do in the name of Christianity will admit that I am not a fan of these pastors. But I will never support craftiness against these pastors or any other person. The standard should be the same for everybody. If mentioning the parents of a suspect is the standard way for the media to report crimes and offences, why don't the media mention unpopular parents of accused persons? Why do the media mention parents only when the parents are famous?

I am not surprised. These are the same mischievousness and double standards they use against some personalities and some regions. The name and the picture of any civilian that kills a soldier or a police officer are released to the public. But the name and the picture of a soldier or a police officer that kills a civilian are hidden from the public. Every news about Tonto, weather positive or negative, is reported without Churchill's name. Every good news about Churchill is reported without Tonto's name. But every negative news about Churchill is reported with Tonto's name. Almost every criminal caught in the North or in the South South is not said to be a suspected member of Boko Haram or Amotekun, and neither Boko Haram nor Amotekun will be in the news caption. But almost every suspect or criminal caught in the South East is accused of being a member of IPOB, and IPOB will be in the news caption. And haters quickly believe the claims against the South East without asking necessary questions.

Okay, tell us how you went about it and going back to the initial post, if they send you your salary on the 10th of next of month, will you not consider that a red flag for a standard organization?
What is the definition of red flag?

Have you ever discussed salary payments date since you’ve started working or going for interviews in this life? Don’t lie
Yes. I even ask the conditions that apply to overtime duties.

Too much dumb people dey this app, where did you see me crying?

And the example you gave, where was Salary payment date discussed? You can ask questions during interview, give figures of how much you are expecting but no one discusses date as monthly is supposed to be within 30 days, if they are paying the OP on the 10th of the next month, he is working for 40 days a month.

I really don’t understand what you are trying to defend self but you really sound dumb
You are the dumb one here for failing to understand that the "cry" here is figurative. I simply mean that you are here complaining about the date you get your salary. But you claim that discussing salary payment date with a prospective employer is funny.

Salary payment date 😂😂

Bruh, you funny.

It’s all still red flags
You are here crying over what you consider funny.

I will use myself as an example here. During one job interview, I was asked how much I would like to be paid per month. I first asked the interviewer my own question and got an answer before I answered his own question. I asked the interviewer to tell me the logistics that the company will provide me with. Will the company give me accommodation and cover my transportation to and from work? His answers to these questions shaped my own answer to how much I would want as my salary.

In the sense that the next salaries will always be delayed

Salary payments should start from 22nd -30th of every month under a standard working conditions
Did you discuss salary payment date with the company before you started the job?

If your answer is no, I wonder how and why you guys don't ask necessary questions before jumping into an organisation. A red flag means you are promised something and you get the opposite. Jumping into something without a proper scrutiny doesn't make the thing a red flag.

1. He can make it cheap by selling to dealers/middle men at a cheaper rate. Which is exactly what he did. What they do with the cheap products they bought or the profit margin they add is out of his control. And like I said he found out they were frustrating his efforts after he was supplying them cheap products and not before.

2. We do not know the market research he has carried out or reliable alternatives he is working on.

Business is about planning and restrategising. You don't jump into decisions based on emotions!
He has already said that he gave dealers the product at a cheap price. What is your point?

You Don't Know Nigeriagrin ...

Our Problem is Not The Institutions Nor The Distributions, Our Problem is "Wickedness" & It is Genetic .....

The Distributors would bribed each Local Government Distribution Points & Not Even One Single Final Consumer would see One Bag of cement to Buy ....

Na Midnight They would pack everything & by the following day Cement Don Finish & Price Racketeering Would Continue grin ....

You Become Helpless When Nigerians Wanted You to Be Frustrated in Your Humanitarianism Actions !
Fighting the battle is easier with distribution points. Report the unavailability of cement at the distribution points, those in charge of the distribution points will lose their jobs.

1. It's natural for people to go for cheaper goods if the quality isn't compromised.

2. I believe he only realized the dealers were sabotaging his efforts after. Which is the reason he backtracked!
1.
How can he make it cheap when dealers frustrate his efforts?

2.
So, provide a reliable alternative to the corrupt dealers.

Bua you are not serious!

How will 1m tons of cement bring down the price of cement in Nigeria. The quantity is too small.

Flood the market with enough of cement at 3500 and see if the price will not crush
brain54:
I agree with you...

If he really wanted to crash the price of cement products he should have flooded the market with cheaper pricing. Gradually the price would have dropped.

But on the other hand and to be fair he said he was no longer consistent after other factors like increasing dollar rates began playing a significant role!
1.
Is he the only source of cement in Nigeria?

2.
Flood the market through who? Through the same accused dealers or through you?

I don't think the company would want to take up additional cost ontop cutting down the price of their goods. Government can shoulder that and given that this isn't a long term affair.
How is it not a long-term affair?

Do you know the logistics and cost involved in doing so?

I think
Does the cost outweigh the long-term benefits? In such a business, you make decisions based on long-term effects.

The government fails you in electricity distribution, oil refinery, economic policies by the CBN, management of electoral processes, security and many more. What makes you consider the government reliable in managing cement distribution points?

A bad rumour. May it be false.
PoliticsRe: Cement Sellers Frustrated BUA From Selling At N3500 Per Bag – Rabiu by immortalcrown(m):
Open a distribution point in every local government area. Then, whoever does not want to boycott dealers and get cement from your distribution points will have himself or herself to blame. The distribution points will also address the issues of hoarding and rebaging. If the manager of any of your distribution points diverts the branch's supply to a dealer, end-users can expose the manager by reporting unavailability of cement at the branch and the manager will be fired.

But can we know what it actually costs a dealer to get a bag of cement from your company (transportation included)? Some managers in the company may be doing dirty deals with those dealers. One dealer can monopolize available supply by tipping the manager of the manufacturing company. The tipping cost is later transferred to the end-users.

We should also put into consideration how landlords hike shop rent and state or local government authorities use thugs to collect unjustifiable levies from the traders who are already drained by rent. I'm not denying the selfishness and greed of traders. I just want us to balance the judgement.
