Family / Re: My Husband Slapped Me For Asking Him To Wash Plates by imoh81(m): 2:49pm On May 21, 2021
We actually do not know what this very man is passing through in his home.
Insult because he's jobless.
No respect.
Denying him sex and intimacy.
Lack of communication.
Manner of approach.
Etc.
She doesn't need to tell the husband but the husband would have have unconditionally done that if she is a good woman.

Note : most times we are only managing these women for peace to reign.

Romance / Installing Husband! by imoh81(m): 11:44pm On Dec 10, 2014
INSTALLING HUSBAND

A woman writes to the IT Technical support Guy

Dear Tech Support,

Last year I upgraded from Boyfriend 5.0 to Husband 1.0 and I noticed a distinct slowdown in the overall system performance, particularly in the flower and jewellery applications, which operated flawlessly under Boyfriend 5.0..

In addition, Husband 1.0 uninstalled many other valuable programs, such as
Romance 9.5 and Personal Attention 6.5, and then installed undesirable programs such as NEWS 5..0, MONEY 3.0 and Premier League4.1.

Conversation 8.0 no longer runs, and House cleaning 2.6 simply crashes the system..

Please note that I have tried running Nagging 5..3 to fix these problems, but to no avail.

What can I do?

Signed,
____________ _________ _________ _________ _________ _________ _________ _________ _________ ___

Reply

DEAR Madam,

First, keep in mind, Boyfriend 5.0 is an Entertainment Package, while Husband 1.0 is an operating system.

Please enter command: ithoughtyoulovedme. html and try to download Tears 6.2 and do not forget to install the Guilt 3.0 update.
If that application works as designed, Husband1..0 should then automatically run the applications Jewellery 2.0and Flowers 3.5..

However, remember, overuse of the above application can cause Husband 1.0 to default to Silence 2.5 or Beer 6.1.
Please note that Beer 6.1 is a very bad program that will download the Snoring Loudly Beta.

Whatever you do, DO NOT under any circumstances install Mother-In-Law 1.0 (it runs a virus in the background that will eventually seize control of all your system resources.)

In addition, please do not attempt to reinstall the Boyfriend 5.0 program. These are unsupported applications and will crash Husband 1.0.

In summary, Husband 1.0 is a great program, but it does have limited memory and cannot learn new applications quickly.
You might consider buying additional software to improve memory and performance.
We recommend: Cooking 3.0 and Hot Looks 7.7.

Good Luck Madam!

Phones / How To Get Skyfire (mobile Browser) by imoh81(m): 7:17am On Oct 17, 2008
How TO GET SKYFIRE
Simple lads just watch this video and follow the instructions:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MGdR5_ceALk

I have succesfully hacked skyfire well not exactly hacked. It is quite simple actiolly. All you need is an us mobile phone number and an e-mail you don't need the sms the number is the pass. I will post a program that gives you those directly.
O and I am writing from skyfire. It is realy nice. How i figured that out siple this was only for americans. This means that it is something stupid. Then it hit me that the number must be the password. It took me 5 mins to get a random us mobile phone number to use and you have it.

HOW TO GET IT:

I. register at:
http://www.skyfire.com/register
(be careful what you select choose your OS!!! I have chosen windows mobile, but choosing symbian you can get all of the versions. Still I RECOMEND TO CHOOSE YOUR OS!!!)
If there is an error message saying that the number is already used get another one. I suggest that you use phone numbers from the bottom of the page or not from the first pages, because the ones on the first pages might be used by others like you.

II. You will need an us mobile phone number:
http://find.person.superpages.com/
OR:
http://www.mobilephoneno.com/ - easier that the one in the video.
?!?!GET A SURNAME AT:
http://genealogy.about.com/library/we,

III. Valid e-mail adres to use. Once you registered at skyfire open your e-mail and click on download to PC enter the phone numbers witout the "-" for instance if the nuber is 123-456-7890 than your password is 1234567890. You also need to verify the user accoun from your e-mail. The first time you use your e-mail link "DOWNLOAD TO PC" you have to enter the password twice. Every other time you use that it is only once as shown in the video.

IV. Install it on your device and enter the e-mail addres and the password. There you go enjoy it. EACH ACCOUNT CAN BE USED WITH ONE DEVICE ONLY!

Avoid Daily Investment Checking to Prevent Big Mistakes

In Why Smart People Make Big Money Mistakes, the authors note that it's dangerous to watch your investments every day. When you pay close attention, you tend to become emotionally invested in even small movements. You lose sight of the long-term and make decisions based on short-term events. Peek in every month or so, but don't constantly check your investments.

Computers / The Pros And Cons Of A Google Brain Implant by imoh81(m): 10:10pm On Feb 23, 2008
In John Varley's upcoming scifi novel Rolling Thunder, everyone has a brain implant that lets them google information constantly. And many futurists are saying this technology will become a reality long before we colonize Mars. The question isn't whether we'll have google brain implants (or the futuristic search engine equivalent), but how we'll handle them. What exactly would be the plusses and minuses of being able to google information instantaneously in your head, without anybody knowing you're doing it?

A google brain implant could work in lots of ways. With technology we have right now, people could wear a brain-computer interface helmet like the one sold by Emotiv, and use that to control the cursor on a wearable computer with a tiny monitor that's attached to your classes. So the thing wouldn't be implanted in your brain, but it would be responding to electrical signals from your brain. More sophisticated wearables like those described in Vernor Vinge's novel Rainbows End might allow you to google via subtle movements of your body, and then display results in special contact lenses.

A more far-future implant might actually have a direct neural linkup to your brain, allowing you to see google results on your retina. No matter how the instant, subtle, brain-controlled access to google works, the same benefits and problems are likely to exist.

PRO:

Ability to "remember" many details about a person or issue in the middle of a conversation, so that you can marshal facts quickly and check the accuracy of what other people are saying.

CON:

The person you're talking to could much more easily pretend to be somebody they are not by googling information and feigning expertise.

PRO:

You will never get lost because you've got maps at your synapse tips, and you'll always know what's playing at your local theaters. You'll also get the latest news headlines and stock quotes at the twitch of an eyelid.

CON:

You'll spend so much time in your head reading google news and watching YouTube that you'll zone out during conversations and forget to pay attention to what your best friends are telling you (unless they're telling you in the form of a google news alert).

PRO:

Instant access to infinite data storage allows you to quickly store your every interesting thought, and search through them instantly. More innovative ideas result.

CON:

Over reliance on "offloaded" memory means people make less of an effort to remember important things and therefore brain flexibility actually erodes. Ideas become boring repetitions of what you've thought up before, or what other people have thought up and posted on the Web.

PRO:

You can cheat on tests.

CON:

You can cheat on tests.

PRO: Need something desperately and can't get to the computer to order it? Just buy it through Froogle.

CON: Google ads are constantly running in your head, perhaps designed to respond to thought patterns.

PRO: Every time Google ads a cool new service, like Gmail or Picasa, you've got instant access to it in your brain.

CON: Google is famous for its "silent update" system, which occasionally results in pretty buggy services. Imagine what it will be like when Google silently updates your brain.

Autos / Tata Nano: The World’s Cheapest Car N288,000 Only! ($2500) by imoh81(m): 12:09pm On Jan 11, 2008
Tata Motors unveils the People’s Car

The $2500 Tata Nano, Unveiled in India

A comfortable, safe, all-weather car, high on fuel efficiency & low on emissions

Mr. Ratan N. Tata, Chairman of the Tata Group and Tata Motors, today unveiled the Tata ‘NANO’, the People’s Car from Tata Motors that India and the world have been looking forward to. A development, which signifies a first for the global automobile industry, the People’s Car brings the comfort and safety of a car within the reach of thousands of families. The People’s Car will be launched in India later in 2008.

Speaking at the unveiling ceremony at the 9th Auto Expo in New Delhi, Mr. Ratan N. Tata said, “I observed families riding on two-wheelers – the father driving the scooter, his young kid standing in front of him, his wife seated behind him holding a little baby. It led me to wonder whether one could conceive of a safe, affordable, all-weather form of transport for such a family. Tata Motors’ engineers and designers gave their all for about four years to realise this goal. Today, we indeed have a People’s Car, which is affordable and yet built to meet safety requirements and emission norms, to be fuel efficient and low on emissions. We are happy to present the People’s Car to India and we hope it brings the joy, pride and utility of owning a car to many families who need personal mobility.”

Stylish, comfortable
The People’s Car, designed with a family in mind, has a roomy passenger compartment with generous leg space and head room. It can comfortably seat four persons. Four doors with high seating position make ingress and egress easy.

Yet with a length of 3.1 metres, width of 1.5 metres and height of 1.6 metres, with adequate ground clearance, it can effortlessly manoeuvre on busy roads in cities as well as in rural areas. Its mono-volume design, with wheels at the corners and the powertrain at the rear, enables it to uniquely combine both space and manoeuvrability, which will set a new benchmark among small cars.

When launched, the car will be available in both standard and deluxe versions. Both versions will offer a wide range of body colours, and other accessories so that the car can be customised to an individual’s preferences.

Fuel-efficient engine
The People’s Car has a rear-wheel drive, all-aluminium, two-cylinder, 623 cc, 33 PS, multi point fuel injection petrol engine. This is the first time that a two-cylinder gasoline engine is being used in a car with single balancer shaft. The lean design strategy has helped minimise weight, which helps maximise performance per unit of energy consumed and delivers high fuel efficiency. Performance is controlled by a specially designed electronic engine management system.

Meets all safety requirements
The People’s Car’s safety performance exceeds current regulatory requirements. With an all sheet-metal body, it has a strong passenger compartment, with safety features such as crumple zones, intrusion-resistant doors, seat belts, strong seats and anchorages, and the rear tailgate glass bonded to the body. Tubeless tyres further enhance safety.

Environment-friendly
The People’s Car’s tailpipe emission performance exceeds regulatory requirements. In terms of overall pollutants, it has a lower pollution level than two-wheelers being manufactured in India today. The high fuel efficiency also ensures that the car has low carbon dioxide emissions, thereby providing the twin benefits of an affordable transportation solution with a low carbon footprint.

Merry Christmas to everybody.

here is a little book i came across online.

How I Made $2,000,000 in the Stock Market

Nicolas Darvas wrote "How I Made $2,000,000 in the Stock Market" in 1960, shortly after he had made over $2,000,000 trading stocks in a little over 18 months. But the story starts in 1952, when Darvas, a ballroom dancer by profession, acquired his first stock in a Canadian mining company almost inadvertently. He sold it at a profit, and he was hooked. But Darvas knew nothing about the stock market. He learned everything the hard way, and that's what makes this book interesting. Darvas is a colorful, overbearing, but frank character, and he takes us through his quest to figure out how to make money in the stock market step by painful step.

Darvas divides his learning experience into 4 parts. At first he was "The Gambler", acting on tips and impulses. That failed. Then he got serious and became "The Fundamentalist", reading annual reports, listening to analysts, and investing accordingly. That failed. So he became "The Technician", developing his own method of anticipating a rise in stock price, which he called "box theory". He wasn't losing much money, but he wasn't making much either. Finally Darvas devised a method of predicting stock price movement that incorporated all of his hard-learned lessons. He became "The Techno-Fundamentalist". He selected stocks based on earning prospects for their sector, but bought the leaders in their sector only when price movement looked promising according to his box theory.

Nicolas Darvas comes to the same conclusions in "How I Made $2,000,000 in the Stock Market" that many other books on trading or short term investment have for nearly a century. He's a short term investor, not a trader, who advises you to: follow the trend in price movement, buy in pyramid fashion, cut losses quickly, never buy on tips or advice, and never try to sell at the top. He may as well be Gerald Loeb or Bernard Baruch in the 1930s. But a few things make this book interesting: Darvas failed a lot while he went through various investment philosophies that many aspiring investors can identify with. He created his "box theory" from scratch, which yields much the same information as tracking support and resistance on a candlestick chart. Best of all, his story is unusually entertaining. Darvas made most of his money while on a 2-year world tour with his dance act. He received stock information daily by telegram, in code, and communicated his orders to his brokers while on the move. His mysterious cables often aroused suspicions of espionage in foreign telegraph offices. I found the whole thing hilarious.

"How I Made $2,000,000 in the Stock Market" is only 129 pages long. Some additional material is included at the end of the book: Darvas tells the story of his 1959 interview with a "New York Times" reporter. There is a section containing examples, with comments, of the cables Darvas sent from far flung locations around the world. There are candlestick charts for the stocks from which Darvas profited the most. And there is a Q&A section in which Darvas answers the questions most commonly asked by his readers. The paper the book is printed on is super-cheap, and the text isn't centered properly on the pages. Not a quality publication, but it's readable.
