nice one bro. they are just showing how poor their polling system is. can you imagine AIT saying an ip was able to vote 500times for one candidate? then why will they provide such an incompetent pol in the first place? the above photo carries no facts. i guess the best way to determine is release the complete data. i was among those that reported to AIT when the pols just started that it is possible to vote for GEJ multiple times but not GMB. i cant find those multiple votes hear for GEJ or any news about it or is it not worth talking about?. or is AIT trying to rescue the 5m they collect from GEJ daily for adverts? lol

Using the fragment of information you provided the IP 82.145.221.163 carries the hostname n11-02-08.opera-mini.net and is owned by Opera.

This should be the popular opera browser, which uses a proxy to handle request from it's users in a effort to speed up web browsing. Nigeria is currently amongst the top ten countries using Opera (opera has 240 million users worldwide)

So to claim, someone used a bot to repeatedly vote for a certain candidate is a weak claim. If you look at the image above, GEJ also received a hit from this so called bot (which in theory would not be enough to cover the tracks of a bot, if at all that was the plan)

I must commend the work being done here. It's really helpful to young people venturing into importation. I do seem to have a problem of my own now though.
I ordered some goods on aliexpress about a month ago. I haven't been able to track the parcel. It says 'China post has not received parcel RG.....' I've sent messages to the seller and he keeps telling me it will be updated soon. I have about 30 days of protection left. should I open dispute or keep waiting? Thanks.
