shakol91: . The mail doesn't show my name and some other things required by UBA,it was only notification like this "your order 60478615941411 has been closed" that's all. And UBA said I have to get the declined mail which should include the date of transaction,amount of transaction,my identity(all this must be in the mail from AE) before anything can be done.@shakol i know what uba mean. kindly click on forward on the mail that ae sent to you, logging to your uba africard account, copy the transaction details and other details that are related to ae chargers. merge them together with your uba africard username and send to them. they will surely respond. i wish you good luck. |

shakol91: thanks,but here in Ado non of their branch has that phone,and on trade manager,that thing is very stubborn to download,I've tried many times,but it always fail. AÉ is a total nonsense for now. When I mailed UBAcfc, they requested for AE declined mail to forward my complain which wasn't sent to me and I've mailed AE to send me the declined mail,but I've not seen anything yet. Very stupid company.yes they have the best reputation in the world and they are crushing it down seriously. they recently invented that useless female robot to answer their customers not knowing it will be more of a set back to them. kindly forward me the mails you received from ae coz i think they have sent the mail that uba needs. do not try downloading the software in a cyber cafe without their permission as they have blocked those downloads and you will think the fault is from the software. try another computer as i often format my computer and download it again with ease. |

I will try to visit uba on monday and hope to also mail the seller again because I sent her a mail 2days ago but she hasn't replied.@shakol if the uba branch you are going to have a customer care phone, use it and call their head office customer care as they will have a better support for you. for your seller, try downlading their trade manager and chat with her. |
shakol91: I'm not ok with their response,they apologized and ask me to visit this same link "http://www.ae.com/help/newContactUs.htm. Dis link leads to where I've tried to contact them,but not possible. Many people are complaining about their response service and about their sellers including non refunding of money by the website. The complains are too many on their facebook page. Am hoping to get their twitter handle to confirm maybe it's also the same there. @ Oga Bello,yemiplus or other members pls u can send me their twitter handle@shakol at this point you will really need to involve the services of your bank as much as you can. have your seller approved your refund? if no, tell him that you want to pay for the goods again let him help you to contact them via email. he is most likely going to have a faster response because he may be classified as a vip member. vip members have their emails replied to within 2hours. kindly use your seller and uba to get the refund. |
