shakol91: Pls help,after I've tried to forward one of the previous mail sent by AE to cfc. Everything moved to the subject of the composed message. I thought everything should be in the body of the newly composed mail. Is that normal? I think somebody got what I said@shakol something is wrong. if you click on forward everything should be in the body not the subject. try repeating the process if it is still like that try to forward it to your email. if the one you received in your email is also not ok then try to change a browser. all the best |
shakol91: Latest,I spoke with cfc today they told me I have only 120days to claim for refund and it starts from 3/12/2013.hmm, I need someone to help me on how I can possibly get an acknowledgment mail from AE to aid my refundkeep asking your seller if he has those same products in stock, tell him you really need the items he should help you with the ae refund asap. why i always encourage that you shoul use your seller is that his account will either be a gold, diamond or silver account. such accounts have a faster response and an expedited service. |

shakol91: On that "start chatting and email us",both are not working,I can't click on it. Pls you can try it @ all and let me know your feedbackwere did they say you will find the start chatting link? on fb or their site? if it is on their site, kindly keep sending them repetitive emails with each stating the number of times you have sent the mail without a reasonable response. i mean if the one you are sending now is the 5th one, state it thier and continue like that. they will sure have to respond. also keep posting on their fb wall every single problem you have with them. tell them that the start chatting button is not active or their chat robot do not have your solution. also please try and contact uba immediately after the break. i wish you all the best. |

yemi2plus: Also, snap a screenshot and attach to the email.yes @yemi screen short will surely help. aliexpress cancelled the order because of security issues. most likely it was because he was unable to verify his c.card in time. if you make a transaction with a card that either ae, dg or any other reputable website feels that the transaction is suspicious they will ask you to verify your c.c either by providing the Authorization code of the transaction or by snapping some screen shots of the card and filling a form. that was the case in shakol's issue and it seems they were not satisfied with his verification that was why they cancelled the transaction. kindly contact ae security service via email and send uba some screen shorts of the mail and your africard dashboard were ae charges was reflected. thanks |
