Business7 Ultimate Ways To Succeed In Your Online Business!!!!! by importexpert(op): 4:45pm On Apr 15, 2016
1. Create A Vision

If you have been learning about online business or doing it for very long, you will hear many times someone say you need to define your 'why"
This is crucial because as humans, we are hard-wired to recall the past. We are wired for survival mode. In ancient times, that is how people lived from day-to-day. Your brain will fire in a way that you perceive something as danger when the only way to really find out is to take action. In reality, your brain is protecting you, but it doesn't know what the outcome is going to be.

Don't hold back on your past memory of the times you have not succeeded. When you are looking back at your journey, it is easy to focus on the mistakes instead of focusing on the successes you achieved.

Creating a vision gives you something to look forward to. Something to accomplish in the future. If you don't look ahead, you will fall back on the times that didn't work out for you.

Live that vision in your mind so you actually experience the 'feelings' of success. Allow yourself the feelings of joy, purpose, abundance, happiness, etc.

In traditional network marketing, many people become too attached and give in to the feeling of scarcity. The same thing can happen with online marketing. In your business and in your life, negative feelings attract more negative feelings.

When you are conscious of your day-to-day feelings more people will be attracted to you and want to do business with you, which creates more business opportunities for you and more abundance.

2. Don't Take Things Personally

In your business it is normal to have profit, loss, liability, expenses, etc. When you struggle with those issues, don't take it personally. Don't give in to the feeling that you aren't good enough, you can't make this happen, or what will I do if this doesn't work.

If something doesn't work, it just means it didn't work. Don't take it personally and try something else. This takes the emotion and drama out of it

3. Know Your Audience

The more specific you can be when targeting your audience, the more successful you will be. If you are targeting NIgeria, that is too broad. imagine i want to sell baby clothing and i am targeting the whole Nigeria while i can narrow down my audience to only married women and men or i want to sell male enhancement guide and i target mostly ladies. i will surely have poor results. Be specific and fine tune your audience. Test your methods and find out what works and what doesn't.

Another thing to keep in mind is that your target audience may not be profitable for you, so find the audience that responds best to your methods and work with that.

4. Attend Live Events

This is where you meet people and build networks. Surround yourself with like-minded people who know your struggles. Attending live events will give you belief and is the cornerstone for continued growth in your business.

5. Never Ever Give Up

Most people give up too early - before they reach success. When growing your business, the mechanics of running it are 10-20% while mindset is 80-90%. Accept that you can move forward, grow daily and make money. if you try to watch interviews of many Nigerian online and offline business owners that have succeed, you will understand that whatever you are currently doing to succeed is a basic sacrifice when you compare it to what you want to accomplish. remember never to allow the fear of not succeeding surpass the joy of winning. "i recommend think and grow rich by napoleon hills" to see the rough beginnings of different giant business today including the almighty coca-cola bottling company

6. Never Compare Yourself With Someone Else

Resist the temptation to compare yourself with the results of others. Don't look at how long someone else has been involved or the amount of money they are making and compare that to your results. You don't know their past experiences that have led them to the place they are today.

The only time to compare yourself with others is when you say, "If they can do it, so can I".

7. Take Action Every Single Day

Even if you only have 10-15 minutes each day, consistently spend that time working on your business. Action is the only thing that will produce results. Action is what will create both habit and momentum. as you strive to attain what ever height you wish to attain in your online business, i wish you success

good day mr pat, when you said a boy is selling your guide i was also wondering who is selling your guide. my import pack have been on sales since 2013 and have been undergoing numerous upgrades ever since. i included your importmanifesto as a bonus to the pack march 2016 which i must admit it is wrong and i am sorry for doing that and as i am posting this i have detach it from the pack. i have a thoroughly researched upgrade which i will provide for review by prominent members of the forum in few days. it was only made a bonus of the guide recently and as at now it have been removed. thanks

Op, pls can u enlighten us on UBA Africard. Does it have any advantage over other payment card?
the only advantage the africard has over other cards currently is its ease and speed of acquisition. what i mean is that you can enter any U.b.a bank and come out with your Africard within 30-40minutes with just a school i.d card or similar and without nepa bill or any other utility bill. this will help mostly those without any formal i.ds or utility bills. but aside that, i strongly recommend going for the stanbic master card. i love your vigor bro and more grease to you elbow wink. your success is truly my pride

when i think of the number of times i have to go online on upwork, elance or freelance which are all foreign sites and majority of people rendering services their are not Nigerians i feel it is unethical to hire people to work for me while my Nigerian brothers are being jobless. i was chatting with one of my virtual assistant recently and he told me the business is not going too fine for him. his monthly earnings are just around 900-1000usd (N285000) monthly. i was wondering if my Nigerian brothers can step up on their feet and be able to make half of that. this is the cause of writing this article

the purpose of this article is to enlighten you about the opportunities that lies in being a virtual assistant and also enlighten you on the skills you will require to succeed as a V.A.

I am more than happy to share this because their are many Nigerian youths that are stuck in miserable dead-end jobs feeling like they have no options and others having no job at all.

Since the profession of virtual assisting is becoming more and more common with the current economic downturn, I thought I'd share the questions people have asked, and some quick answers to them:

What is a virtual assistant?

A virtual assistant or VA is a self-employed, home-based entrepreneur who assists other businesses, often in administrative work. In other words, a VA is an office assistant who rarely has to step into his/her client's office! Most business owners have particular tasks that they can turn over to their virtual assistants that doesn't require them to be in the same room to complete. There is a wide variety of these tasks and they can go beyond basic office or business administration.

What skills do I need to become a VA?

The basic skills a VA needs are office and business administration skills, but I recommend a solid knowledge of social media as well. A VA also needs to be highly organized, communicate effectively and pay careful attention to detail.

Disorganization on your part can lead to missed deadlines, incorrect data, and very unhappy clients! Some clients look for additional technical skills, such as writing, marketing, email marketing, blog or website maintenance, and multimedia production - even podcasting!

The skill set you'll need as a VA depends on the type of clients you want to work with. If you want to work with Realtors you will need to have knowledge of their systems and processes. If you want to work with business coaches and speakers, knowledge of membership sites like Wishlist is among the many skills that will be useful. In general, find out what clients NEED and build your skills to respond effectively.

What kinds of work does a VA do?

Tasks for Virtual Assistants can be "Admin" related:

*responding to emails (Help Desk)
*managing client's business calendar
*researching and compiling information
*business writing, editing, and proofreading

Other Skill sets:
*write and publish or schedule blog posts
*work with auto-responders
*rewrite private label rights content
*optimize a website for search engines
*create a slideshow presentation
*update websites
*set up social networking profiles/pages
*create videos and publish them online
*customer service
*telemarketing
*graphic design, brochures, business cards
*create newsletters
*plus many more...

Is being a VA a good option for Nigerian Youths?

I can personally give this one a Big.Giant.YES! this is because a number of Nigerian youths i know that legally work from home are VAs and they make good incomes from the comfort of their home. I personally feel being able to set my work hours to suit my schedule is priceless.

Virtual assistance is a home business, which means it's flexible. You decide how many hours a day you want to work, on which days, what type of work you want to do, and even whom you will work with. if you are thinking of an alternate flexible online business you can go into i strongly recommend that you see my importation business thread on my profile now.

How much money can I make as a VA?

The hourly rate of VAs depends on several factors. These include their skills and experience, whether they specialize in certain services or a particular industry, and any certifications they may have (those who are certified by recognized institutions charge higher fees). VA fees vary widely, ranging anywhere from around $3 to $150 per hour. So you can see, it's entirely possible for a VA to make a full-time income working at home.

Make no mistake, it takes time to grow your client base and gain the experience you need to be able to charge higher-end fees. But until you take the reins and get started, you will simply be spinning your wheels instead of moving forward towards your dreams. This is "do-able." You can be a Virtual Assistant.

if guys from pakistan, india, bangaladash and all over the world can do it, Nigerian youths can do it.

feel free to post questions about being a virtual assistant. i wish all of you success.
