On the 26th of April, I tried to apply for an Evisa for my staff on the E portal however, this was around the time that the payment process was not working, so at the point of payment,t I git the blank processing page, just like other fonts here have complained. So I proceeded to the VFS appointment on the 2nd of May, where she went to physically submit her application.

She is yet to receive her passport back from the Embassy however, she forwarded an email notification she received from the SA Embassy today stating "correspondence for your attention - EVisa Application" (attached below).
I went to the Evisa portal and noticed that the application that I initially tried to submit for her on the 26th of April, which wouldn't submit due to non-completion of payment, had magically submitted and been marked as paid.
I clicked on the application reference, and I saw that it had the "eye icon" marked - Required Documents - 1st Notice.
Upon clicking on that, it downloaded a letter stating that she should submit all corresponding documents for her application (which I had already initially submitted for her). Please see below for reference.

My question is, should I just ignore, since she's already submitted her application through VFS, or should I go ahead and reupload documents? How do I go about doing so, because the e-visa portal isn't allowing me to reupload documents?

I am having this same notice email now. I've not been able to make payment for the Evisa online. I don't even know what to do.

Any help will be appreciated

I hope ur family of 6 have travel history becos this huge number to apply as a visitor on tourism without travel history with 6 people from of 1 family for canada vusa in 2025 when the refusal is exrtemely high!!

yes, they will all have a separate application, yet under one profile. But one SOP will suffice for each of the application. the funds will change significantly. he can budget between 40 - 50m - approximately 40 - 50k CAD

My former colleague applied from UK in Feb last year. As at last month (about a year) approval was yet to drop until I asked him to attach an update on his UK job (50k pounds per year) he got and then the vacation trip to Europe they had.

Immediately he did the above, PPR dropped after 2 weeks.

Their PoF is about 40k CAD for family of four.

family of 6 should be anything from 60k CAD.. thanks so much for the hint

He stands a very good chance of getting an approval since he has a brother who is a citizen and he also has a verifiable place of work (which serves as a strong economic and home tie) and a multinational at that.

He needs a strong and convincing SOP stating the purpose of travel and the need to return back to home country. Relevant document(s) would be attached for every claim in the SOP.

For a family of 4, 30M would suffice (approximately 30,000CAD).

Hi guys, please a family of 4 want to apply for visit Visa to Canada. The man works with shell company. He is doing absolutely well.

My question is:
How much should be in his account?
Can the 4 of them apply in one application or differently?

Please any other information that will help, kindly share. Additionally his elder brother a citizen there.

unless there is significant change in your circumstances...rushing to re-apply after a denial is usually a gamble..you are likely gifting your 185usd to the American govt. best to wait minimum 12 months. unless there is significant change in your circumstances

so the thing is, she's elderly and wants to go visit her son and the family over there for 3 weeks. She's a caterer here. I asked her what she answered the last time, she really didn't give good answers from what she told. I had to spot the problem there.

I think applying through cotonu is the best. They didn't prepare her the last time.

Yes bro if you are the one seeking for it..
But if you have someone here inviting you be it your family, work or school. They will be the one to ask on your behalf and the embassy will invite you. Anytime
