I like this lady and she has qualities I admire in a lady and I seriously want marry her but the issue is that I'm really in a fix to say anything to her because of the following reasons...

She is someone that looks up to and respects me and I'm scared, if she says no, how will she look now at me?

Great job but you didn't mention need for USA VPN IP,Nigeria paypal or preferably USA PayPal account because some top websites like target,children place etc don't allow one to access their site with Nigeria IP.

Most major online stores like Amazon, eBay, zooks, etc welcomes everyone and u dont need to change IP's to shop on these sites and u can get basically all u want from them

Most designers would look to profit... So the range would be 70K - 120K.

But since u now have an idea of the costs... U won't accept cos $4/month is about $100/yr so the remaining should be spent on advertising..

U don't need a web designer... Just follow instructions on how to host the site then advertise the life out of the site...

Note: Konga, jumai e.t.c have lots of money for advertising budget... So u'll need to ensure u start making sales from your 1st month...

Konga uses magento CMS... All u have to do is look for hosting companies/websites with Magento...

If u want to build from scratch you'll have to learn PHP...

The price range depends on what the hosting website charges...

Thing is that I just don't know why ladies you like will never make a pass at you, its usually the ones you don't like lol. I have turned down quite few but I made sure I did it maturely and respectfully too cos I really respect those ladies guts. I still relate with all of them except one who got so bitter and hated me for turning her down
