I think most serious Hosting companies have Gd extension enabled as it is most widely used. The ones i usually worry about most are ioncube and zend. Nways good luck

If you really want to be Great at Web design, You really have to use the templates ( I mean very Good templates ) of those that came before so you can also start making your own from scratch.

Godaddy = cheap attractive domains + terrible hosting

I have hosted a website with them and it was 60% down. their servers are slow too. Your site will take ages to load. One thing they attract you with is their aggressive advertising on selling the cheapest domains but don't fall for them.

I can't say much about syskay.com but i haven't seen any bad reviews about them. Why don't you try them then tell us?

Best hosting is rackspace, godaddy is useless,

Not necessarily.  Some developers feel the need to "give back", hence the free templates.  Besides, they probably will still make money off the free templates in the long run say, when someoen asks, "where did you get that template?" or "who developed that template?"

I think the question you'll be asked is where did u download that template they never wana know about the developer unless he/she is charging sumthin.

Free Joomla Templates are just scary! Just join a template club and pay for quality templates. The designers must make money too!

So u better look for another script that allows .mp3 or if you good at javascript go through the files and edit them to suit you.

My advice leave flash intros to the 90s. They just put off visitors thats just my 2 cents Love the graphics though kind of like the flashden templates.
