Both of you guys are right, its just a blend of both sides that will make the deal work as per verified escrow as we have seen cases of trusted members certified by nafdac suddenly disappeared with people's money on Nairaland so many times so I support agarawu23 on that aspect of full verification of everything verifiable with all guarantor's form duly signed and confirmed well.
