You too, displayed non chalant attitude towards me as your customer.

Now, the first missing item (August 3rd), you asked for receipt, tracking number etc because you came with the notion that I perhaps didn't really order that item. But when I provided all evidence, you concluded that the package may have been delivered to another office in the same block as yours.

I wondered how that was even possible especially as it was the same address I have used for more than one year in shipping with you.

Long story short, I decided to forget about this item. I even re-reimbursed the person who I ordered the item for (he's a nairalander and can bear witness)

November 9th another item, tracking was listed on the invoice, I even paid shipping for this item, only to not find it in my package.

I complained to you. Again you asked for all evidence (tracking number, etc) which I provided. I even gave you my ebay login details for you to verify. You verified and saw I was telling the truth. From November 13th till today, you never again replied my message, sms, calls.


November 24th, yet another item missing. I complained, you never replied any of my emails, sms, calls.

Only for you to post here that USPS was at fault.

I chose to bring my complaint public because of your decision to ignore my complaints. Do you not think I have lost too much in succession?

When and what was your last response on the last two missing items?

What advice or responsibility did you show, on learning that items which were delivered to your office had been missing?

Will you conveniently tell 4 or 5 customers that their package may have been delivered to another office on same building as yours, hence, they should count it as a loss, as you told me?

You opined here that I as the buyer should file a non-receipt claim for an item that was delivered. Anyone reading that knows that's next to impossible. Even if it were, this advice only came when I had gotten tired of waiting to hear from you. In my opinion, you would have continued to maintain radio silence, hoping that I'd forget it again.

Why not use one of the third party agent to ship it down rather than waiting for chrivicsmall abi Wetin u call am. Have your seller agreed to ship to a China address? If yes send a jpeg of Uche logistics or arise and shine logistics address to him and tell him to write your name,phone number and gross weight of tablet legibly on the package. He sends the picture after packaging so as to make any corrections and give you tracking number with express website. Send the pix ,tracking info tp the 3rd party logistics you used and track everyday till it gets there. Immediately you see its signed and delivered contact the third party agent to confirm it either by WhatsApp or call. Then tell him he should sent by normal cargo. That's all

I don't give rating as such and I promised you I was gonna test his hyped service. He ran at least half of my weekly shipment in the last one month. The biggest thumb up I give him is he is one of the best in communication and no matter how angry you are when you call bishop he settles the matter amicably. He runs express if you don't know that at $9-#450 but this last one almost turned a scenario. As I said its my evaluation of his service

The express ain't worth it cox its expensive and it lags behind in time. Express shouldn't exceed two days in worst case scenario but bishop own bleeped
His normal is seven days and sometimes eight days

Why not try Arise and Shine?,they are cheaper and faster,my goods reached their office on Saturday and on Thursday I got my goods (exactly 4 days).They charged $4.1/kg and #300 clearance. I was even told at their. Alaba office that they can do pick up in China, i.e,you give them your seller's phone number they will call him/her to know when your goods is ready and they will pick it up free of charge(though i didn't use this service because i have already paid my seller the shipping fare but will use it next time).You can whatsapp/call Bishop for more info: 13719240029

I promised to update you after using his service. His express is damn expensive than the rest and the first normal I'm sending through him got here after a week and I got a shock of 6.4$ and #350 per kg from the mumu that sent the message. I've called him myself so we look into it tomorrow. Will update you
