Nigerian movie industry has lost another actor, He is Mike Odiache who died on Monday, February 15, 2016. His death has thrown the entire movie industry into another round of mourning.

According to reports, Mike died after a brief illness at the general hospital, Ikorodu, Lagos with the nature of the sickness unknown as at the time of this report.

The Nigerian army yesterday ,arrested two soldiers working with Boko Haram .The acting spokesperson of the Nigerian Army, Colonel Sani Usman, disclosed during a press conference that the soldiers, 13NA/ 70/10183 Sapper Eric Nwokorie and 13NA/70/10263 Sapper Macauley Fortune, were arrested at Yola motor park in Adamawa state with some unauthorized explosive materials.He said:

A Delta State based businessman has dragged his wife before an Asaba High Court, seeking divorce over acts of allegedly sleeping around with men and fighting her husband without shame.

As reactions continue to trail the gruesome murder of a 4-year-old girl by her mother in Gboko area of Benue State, the IDOMA VOICE has obtained the image and picture of the lady behind the cruel act.

Militant leader, Government Ekpumupolo alias Tompolo, made a volte face on Thursday, saying he would now appear before the Federal High Court sitting in Lagos, which had issued a bench warrant for his arrest since January 14, 2016.

Funny enough, he said he would do only do that “at the appropriate time.”

The bench warrant followed an application by the EFCC, which had filed different charges against Tompolo and others, including diversion of N34 billion belonging to the Nigerian Maritime and Safety Agency (NIMASA) to personal use and laundering of N22.6 billion.

Nollywood actress Ini Edo was r@ped while returning from work in the movie, Brides War.

Brides War centers on a recently married doctor (Ini Edo), who was raped and later faced with the decision of having to perform surgery on the particular that attacked her. Ini Edo (Katy) is a surgeon and on her way home from the hospital one night she had car trouble where a group of men in another car saw her and instead of helping her, they took advantage of her.


One of the attackers, Junior (Smith Nnebe) was stabbed in a later incident. He was taken to the same hospital where Katy worked and she was faced with the decision of treating him or not.
