Qualifying for the mundial is one thing and effective representation is another. I wish Nigeria luck but don't forsee that team getting out of the group stage.

Sports › Re: Should The U-17 Boys Replace The Super Eagles? by infohenry(m): 6:59pm On Nov 13, 2009
Football is all about experience this guys has more experience when it comes to competitve football against their opponents cos many of them are playing in the domestic league already which gave them edge over this boys who just starting football, we should not even start asking them to replace our senior national team unless we should forget everything about football for now and allow this boys to mature in the next 4-6yrs if the are really U17 before we will start to expect result and glories in football again. For now the cannot replace super eagles.

Age cheat or not this guys are putting back smiles in our faces by playing good football and winning their matches. As a nigerian who loves football i doff my cap for them.

Its not such a good result. If they lose 1- 0 at Mazembe, Mazembe will win the cup. They shouldnt have conceded a home goal
If TP mazembe can score first in owerri nothing will stop hertland from scoring in lumbashi.Heartland is winnig the cup on 3-2 aggregate quote me.

Good football by the lads or men , whatever, am still not celebrating cos my headache is where will their performance keep nigeria football tomorrow or will the also vanish into thin air after winning the competition like those before them, let us know that the of nigeria football will always be measured by the quality of players in our senior national team not by winning every U17 competition but cannot qualify for senior world cup.
All the same KUDOS EAGLETS,
Sports › Re: Fortune Chukwudi (Under-17 Captain) Is At Least 25 Years Old by infohenry(m): 3:05pm On Nov 05, 2009
Whatever problem nigerian football is facing today is as result of age fasification cos one thing is sure YOU CAN NEVER CHEAT NATURE, some of our 27-30yrs players are upto 40yrs.I will not name one of them who was in SS3 when i was in jss1 claiming 28 when am over 32.Adokie would have stop this young from participating from this competition by writing to NFF stating his facts, if ignored he can bring it to the public before now, what is doing now could be viewed as pursuing a personal agenda to the detriment of his country's image.NFF should focus on youth football development, we dont want to win U17 again by cheating but produce World footballer of the who played in U17 for the nation, just last two years nigeria won this competition and we are struggling to qualify for the World cup in South Africa where are those boys who went to olympic with siasia and the once that won the U17. Please let us rebrand our conscience so that this nation will be branded.

djmellowshe:
What is all the fuss about. If the player says he is under 17 then so be it. Adokiye said that he looks oldest than his age. Well fifa thinks otherwise. Its possible to look older than one's age. I got into higher institution at the age of 14 and them i was weighing 85pounds and 5ft 8inches tall. So it's very possible the fellow is telling the truth. If Adokiye can prove his case, let him come out. Fifa used MRI test that proves the player is not overage.
My brother leave nigerians, we can do anything to get money including age falsification so we will not allow it to be or you will see my father in the next U17 championship, i envy ur stat but believe me you will never have the stamina to play with 25yr old man.

Catching them young is ARSENAL MOTO which is also the objective of the u-17 championship not minding age cheat by many participating countries. So wenger is here to discover another Febregas thats all.

Sports › Re: Nigeria U-17 Vs New Zealand: 5 - 0! (November 5, 2009) by infohenry(m): 7:55am On Nov 05, 2009
NFF can buy all the ticket in the world, the abuja stadium will continue to be empty because nigerians are sick and tired of poor performance from our national teams, golden eaglets not an exception.People will pay any amount to wach good football and always stay away when the revise is the case, have the wonder why nigerians pay as #200 to european champions league at viewing centres and will never go our stadia to watch nigerian league free.Get it right and you will never beg fans to come watch football because nigerian are next to english fans when it comes to football followership.
