Thank you very much for your kind response, I am grateful. Hopeful for a quick and positive answer from them.

GraciousWords:

If possible send another webform and attach the docs that will usually be requested by IRCC for a new spouse (some of them are listed on the last link on page 1 FAQ 34 - marriage certificate, spouse bio data page, medicals, PCC, updated POF etc).

You could also send an email to your Visa Office with the same docs attached (page 1 post 6 to find out your VO and the link for webform that allows you attach docs).

They'll get to it, it just takes a while sometimes.

Hello @GraciousWords
I got my copr in November beginning and got married end of November.

I raised webform with certificate to inform ircc and they said it was added to file. There was no response on addition of spouse.

I've raised several webforms after and it just automated responses.

Please how do you suggest I proceed?
Thank you for your anticipated response

By God's Grace it'd be swiftly.

Thank you so much, I'd keep on sending reminders and hopefully they'd respond soon. I'd make sure to keep things updated.

Thank you so much, I'm grateful for your responses

Okay. You’ll just have to wait and keep sending reminders, cos you’re more or less starting the whole process again.

And it could take between 3 months to whenever… I read about a guy who added his wife post COPR and it took 2 months to get new PPR . I read about another guy whose own took 19 months.

Hopefully, everything will be done quick so you don’t have to redo medicals or your passport. And please make sure your POF is updated, cos with the current exchange rate…

Hello, thank you for your response

Yes, I uploaded a copy of my marriage certificate and I got a mail stating that it was successfully added to my file, but that was it. It was after I raised another webform that I was told to contact the Accra V.O. I still haven't gotten instructions on sending in the passport for cancellation and reissue nor gotten a request for ADR of the other documents.

Did you include your marriage certificate when you raised a webform?

You should have received an acknowledgment, and asked to send in your passport and COPR for cancellation.

Thereafter, you will also receive an ADR to submit spousal addition kit, schedule A, BIL, medicals, updated POF, police clearance, visa fees, etc.

@GraciousWords
Hello everyone, I got copr in Nov 2023 and got married shortly after in November also. I raised a webform to inform IRCC so that my spouse can be added. I was told to contact the Accra VO that my file was there. I've raised a couple of webforms to accra and sent emails to accra, however all I've gotten are automated responses.
Please what steps can i take regarding this in order to move forward?
Thank you for your anticipated responses.
