You as rightly stated by your client arrived late (2) Your client was not served put on notice due to some technicalities but he received oral writh of summons which should suffice due to the nature of this court. (3) There is no need to cast aspersion on the integrity of the judge, aieromon was just hallucinating and he admitted this to the judge, that is why he agreed to abide to the judgement of the judge (4) The court is not properly constituted. Yes thats true partly because we didn't have a full house. (5)The judge erred in giving the ruling. Do u consider that ruling preposterous or perfidious? The case was struck out in order to enable both sides prepare their case files and obtain legal advice 4rm their respective attorneys. Based on the above, i hereby affirm that there is no case presently before this court, the court has to be properly constituted before any case can be handled ab initio, Actori incumbit onus probandi(The burden of proof in all cases lies on the plaintiff), This court is hereby dissolved!!

This 4.2 multi downloading is intriguing. When i first started using it, it was dwnldng pretty well using the "save" option as time went on it stopped. Error fetching file msg took over, now im dwnldg using the "open" option, it's all good either way but i prefer the save method as it does not exit the app. So chrisbam, tunnex 190 and daralex007 pls throw more light on this 4 me.

Just this morning the plaintiff in a telegram prayed this honorable court to adjourn the matter due to his compulsory 3 weeks hiatus to a nothern province of this country.                                          Based on the aforementioned,  i hereby Strike this case out of court for Lack Of Merit!  In the interim, citizen aieromon, you are required to take all the time you want to prepare your case and when you are through you file a fresh petition. Citizen dwayne you have the right to a minimum of one attorney to defend your self or you can self defend.  You are warned to behave yourself in court or next time you may face contempt of court This court is hereby dismissed and reverted back to the chat room
