I just got into one of the diamond bank branches and paid in the money. The teller initially told me the account was wrong but i reminded her that its the new product they just launched with Mtn. Even at that my account was not credited until i called their costumer care unit.

I tried the product. I deposited 2k to test it but it took them four days to credit my account. When i wanted to load my phone from it, it wouldn't load. And even the customer care line 118 was not going.
