BusinessThe 4 Most Necessary Skill Traits Of A Successful Entrepreneur by inkomstrea(op): 7:17am On Jul 30, 2009
Becoming an entrepreneur is not for the faint at heart. Just because you have a particular talent or skill doesn't qualify you to be your own boss. Over the years I have found that there are 4 common traits that every successful business owner I know seems to have.

First, these extraordinary people have a knack for rebounding from disappointment quickly. It's safe to say that unexpected things are going to happen in your personal as well as your business life. Do you cry over the spilled milk over and over again or do you get the lesson and move on to the next project?

Secondly, this elite group of people are very clear and focused on what they want long term .They tend to be a little obsessive about the result they want to produce. Although feeling frustrated from time to time, to them failure's not a option. As a matter of fact, they prefer to describe a setback as "not getting the result I want yet". Are you jumping from one thing to the next never really committing to a result long enough to give the business opportunity the chance to work for you?

Third, these courageous individuals are willing to take a risk. They are willing to take a chance. That's where the rubber meets the road. Are you willing to take a chance on yourself? Make no mistake about it, at some point there will be a moment of truth decision to make. Your level of commitment will be tested at some point. How badly do you want it? Can you handle it?

Forth, these super people are willing to do the work. They're not lazy. They understand that the only place that success comes before work is in the dictionary. They have a whatever it takes attitude. They focus on how things will be afterwards. They plan their work and work their plan. They're accountable to themselves. Are you that person?

If the answer is yes to the questions, then congratulations! You have the traits to become a successful entrepreneur no matter what product or service you're offering. It goes without saying that having these traits along with creating value for others is just as important as having the traits. In future articles, I will tackle each one of these traits individually and share how to really develop them ever more than they are currently.

Christianity EtcWhy? Why? Why? by inkomstrea(op): 6:25am On Jul 25, 2009
Hello fellow nairalanders,

I have been going through some posts here and I am not happy with what I am seeing.

Why do people keep inteferring into what does not concern them.

When God calls a person as a Man of God, that person becomes His responsibility, no human has the right to castigate, cajole or abuse that Man of God,

Who do you think you are to curse who God has bless. Let's all be careful the way we talk about these men of God, when they go wrong, it's God's responsibility to correct and chastize them.

Only God sees the inside, you only see the outside and what the media wants you to see.

Please I beg everyone of you who are involved in this men-of-God-cajoling-game to quit, else you face the wrath of God.

I believe a word is enough for the wise.

Also for those who are castigating christians generally. If you are not ready to go to Heaven, please don't discourage other people by giving false statements about christianity and the bible.

Stop allowing the devil to keep using you, because on that last day, you will smell the wrath of the devil.
