The driver took the laptop I ordered to Calabar instead of Uyo. It took longer days for the company to return the laptop and other people's goods to Uyo. I do not think a person you entrusted with some thousands would turn round to thief your N500. The funny guy at Uyo office still demanded for pure water money despite the company's obvious error.

Innobarca is one of the few who boost one's confidence in online transactions.

We should appreciate the fact that he may not always pick calls or reply immediately (though I wish he does each time). I assume he has to source for, work on the laptops and still take it down to the park or logistics office for sending.

The sender should pls try to go back to the courier office and complain, It can be sorted.

To the sender.... Since you have been using that courier service for long, Can you please ask them to give you more details on how it was delivered and if the receiver signed it or not, I believe it should be recorded in their system.

To the receiver.... The numbers you provided, are they on and available on the day the item was delivered (the date and time is there on the tracking details), if the number was not available then they will deliver to the pharmacy.

The phone numbers you gave the sender are for the pharmacy or a personal phone number for another individual?

The pharmacy has another store around that area?

The pharmacy,,, Does it have shift workers? Or is it just 1 person managing the pharmacy?

If they have shift workers, then the item might have been received by someone.

That little camera glass can be easily misplaced though.
