The person returned a laptop they bought from me and I accepted the laptop and paid back the bigger part of the money already, it's remaining 5k

I bought a phone and after few weeks I went there to swap for a higher phone bc the battery was running down fast, they did not accept it back.

But in my own, I will accept it back and even refund the buyer.

The person that paid for phone during lockdown has been refunded long time ago.

This person got a Dell laptop from me and complained that he can't do copy on the keyboard and also the laptop is slow, though I told them earlier that it has only 2gb ram and must be upgraded so it will be faster.


Lastly they returned the laptop and I accepted it back, returned the money and it's remaining 5k.

It is not easy for any seller to accept a laptop after weeks of purchase and refund the money.
I always try my best to treat customers well.


I accepted the laptop back after few weeks and am refunding the money back in full,, I know that many sellers will have issues accepting the laptop and paying back the full money,, I have upgraded the laptop to 4gb and 500gb and the buyer never complained about keyboard not copying something or low speed.

5k remaining will be paid to him bf Thursday.

Some people do rent laptop for 1 month or 2 months, or even weeks..... Its by agreement.

But it's not easy for any seller to accept a laptop that has no issues from the buyer after few weeks.... The complain was that he can't use the copy key on the keyboard and the laptop was slow(2gb ram on a corei3 must be slow).

The SOC a phone runs on is of more importance than the number of Rams it comes with..

If battery is that important,then a used C9 Pro should be the least of choices

The videos on YouTube never proved that s7 is faster, he has watched many videos.
Some people prefer better battery to processor, some prefer screen size from 6 inches.

In some areas,,, c9 pro is better and in some areas s7 is better.
