No bro. Nigerians don't need to. I didnt write any English proficiency exams. I contacted the school personally and they told me Nigerians don't need IELTS since our first language is English.

I actually got 3 MSC admission in US using HND. I didn't use Wes for 2, but 1 requested for Wes. Though I had a 3.47 CGPA.

Try University of Arkansas Little Rock.

I also have OND and HND. Although, I made upper credit from the both diplomas. I applied and was given my desired program.

You'll have to do WES after admission is given.
