Flowers are THE SYMBOL of adoration and profound love. They are meant to show a strong positive emotion of regard and affection towards a person. Traditionally men express love more outwardly, hence they are the givers of flowers and not necessarily the recipients. But it is not out of place for a man to receive flower as gift.

Perhaps you should study economics before posting on these issues.
Most of these cars are owned either by musicians, Nollywood actors or our corrupt politicians which is a very small subset of our population, so it does not necessarily points to a growing or improving economy. Moreover, most of the luxury cars in Nigeria are Toks, so what are saying...

I agree with the Nobel Laurette because he is stating the obvious. The bane of the country however, still remains gross leadership ineptitude and corruption. When issues of corruption and leadership failure are properly addressed, wars & crisis will will disappear as those fighting and killing will have a future and a reason to want to live.
