Thanks to a friend who sent us a link to this post. @OP, Firstly, we need to inform you that NairaLand is not a place to lodge any complaint about our service. We have so many channels of supports: Live chat, phones, email and physical offices and it is disheartening that you created this thread but never come back here to say if you later received your Naira or not. Our record shows that your order was completed and Naira sent to you under 55 hours. The issue is explained below:

Regarding your Payza withdrawal, It is clearly stated on our website the mode of operation with Payza. Payza is not like Bitcoin, PM or Okpay which we process instantly or within 12hrs. www.InstantGold.ng is the only accredited Payza exchanger in Nigeria and in the Africa as a whole. Just like any other accredited exchanger of Payza around the world, any withdrawal into our account are placed on a blocked/frozen/Held fund until it will be reviewed and approved by the payza Admin. This can take 2 days - 7 days depending on payza. We do not have control over this.

Please see the screenshot of a sample withdrawal placed 4 days ago and still under review by Payza. Until this will be cleared by Payza and fund released to us, We cannot credit customer's Naira account.
