Thank you for your advice but we need to make it clear that we don't delay funding intentionally. We have reserves readily available so there was no reason to delay order. You may include a reference number while your bank may not forward this with your payment it in full or not at all. We do have this type of issue with payments from Access Bank and some other banks.

To tackle this problem as it keeps affecting a lot of customers, we are making filling of deposit notification forms after payment a compulsory task for all orders in the coming days. This will enable us trace payments without delay.

As everyone can see from the screenshot, this fund left our bank account to your account. Why this payment did not reach your bank account even with the NIBSS reference code is very strange to us and we don't have experience. But we will get in touch with our bank local branch tomorrow to lodge the complaint. Hopefully, they will help us....
