I didn't expect the withdrawal to be delayed for whole 24 hrs. I expected a swift response since it wasnt funding i made. Really wanted to use that money for something yesterday but alas it didn't happen. As I'm writing now ,still haven't gotten any alert from my bank. I don't like this delay one bit.

There is a general scarcity at this time for PM and BTC. This issue is not peculiar to us alone but to all the exchangers around and it is boldly written on the funding page on our website. Normally, funding are carried out instantly, but at this time, customers are advised to wait for 48hrs or request a refund at any time.

It is boldly written on our website that funding are delayed for up to 48hrs working hours due to the current scarcity affecting every exchanger (not iGN alone). Sunday is never a working day.
