is it possible for this attestation to be done on someones behalf, i am in lagos and would like to send someine to Abuja for the attestation

i have an interview at the US embassy later this month, i don't have any receipt of payment because i did the transfer on a Gtb Mobile app, what i have is an appointment confirmation letter , showing the details of the appointment , and a section below that, titled MRV FEES PAYMENT, showing my confirmation number and the amount i paid, i want to find out if this is acceptable. thanks
