I think building of roads should not longer be regarded as the real dividend of democracy because after all, the best road infrastructure ever built in Nigeria till today were built by the military. Wike should focus on something else abeg. |

advanceDNA: See sir.....i may not be able to tell u who's better because I won't fall into the error of fallacy like u did.....because even buharí that is largely clueless was still more empathy driven....
even with the restructuring u mentioned the corruption climate that has been over Nigeria for more than a while now won't make yhings work..
we needed a leader that will take care of corrupt practices, block the revenue leakages, bring all the resources being privately mined in the north like lithium, californium under government earnings,..these can be done without restructuring which will put us in a better financial position more infrastructure, and social welfare
Instead we got a heartléss one who took the citizens' common wealth away and handed over to the three arms of government to live in luxury....while pple live in a country with goods and services far above their earnings..... What is the error of falacy in my previous post? For someone who have seen many successive governments, I can tell you for free that until some kind of restructuring takes place, we are going no where as a nation. Our systems here enables corruption, people are not punished for wrong doing, they commit crimes and get away with it. Buhari that you mentioned would have been terrible if left on the position for too long. Buhari took the nation several years back with his policies, some of which eroded the gains the Jonathan government made at the time. Until system changes are made, even the next best candidate would not bring Nigeria out of the woods. Buhari with all his anti corruption crusades could still not fight corruption. Why? It's the system defects. How many million dollars did Malami and co stole from the Treasury unde Buhari's nose? Were they prosecuted? We can start from jettisoning our expensive presidential system of government, perhaps parliamentary may be better. Let every state have equal number of local governments. We can start from there if we really want the progress for Nigeria. |

The président is not an empathy driven .....and spreading propáganda to make y'all feel like what Nigeria is going through now is the the only out come and no one can do anything better is not only another another very wícked move but a clear indication he and his team are just a bunch of incompet3nt pple who care for nothing else than being in the seat of power You haven't even answered his question, tell us what other candidate would have done differently. Honestly, Nigerians can never get good governance ever until real restructuring takes place. All these Tinubu is a failure narrative has become stale for me, I don't see what any other candidate would do better if the system is not restructured. |

They love no one so far their interests are met. Voting Tinubu again is what everyone should reject in it's totality. It's pure votes for suffering again. No one must trust anyone surrounding himself with the likes of Akpabio and Wike. They all mean no well for this country. What's the difference between him and Tinubu? Are they any different? I think the decision to approach the US court to release his records is rather too soon ? The plaintiffs should have waited till election period before asking the judge to release it.
Also, it could be that Tinubu wants the records released to know the reaction of the north towards his reelection in 2027? You never can tell what Tinubu would do and don't forget that Daily Trust newspaper is from the north. Anyways, we are watching

This man is a clown. If he was the one, would he accept to give someone goods on credit or work for someone on credit and to get paid later? he should be ashamed of himself rather than looking for cheap pity. Pregnancy is not an Emergency, you don't just get pregnant. it is something that is planned for, even if a woman gets pregnant, She still has 9months. this man is clearly a mistake, he took the life of his wife all by himself for his lack of decision making or leadership experience in his marriage. His negligence should not be frowned from. he killed his wife by his hands. if this was an actual emergency like a gunshot, accident etc, then I would feel a bit more sad and remorseful, but pregnancy is never ever an Emergency.
A 1000likes for this comment. Its unfortunate the woman had to die with the unborn child. The man ought to have made adequate plans, he had a whole nine months to do so, calling it an emergency was to garner public sympathy. RIP to the dead |

CoronaVirusPro: Never a time as it been forecasted that humans could one day accuse His Excellency, President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR) of being dangerous, even when in the entire political space of Nigeria, there is practically none like him.
How can a man who stood in the forefront of the struggle for democracy, change the economic course of his own state, and who is currently salvaging and steering Nigeria to greater heights become dangerous?
We all need to start appreciating Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and rendering all the support he requires to win.
Even American citizens that elected a dunce as president don’t condemn their president like this, and we are so quick to condemn that visionary leader which God has blessed us with. Clearly we can see from his actions and inactions, political decisions especially in rivers state that he is not a Democrat, he's been pretending all this while to be one. What you wrote up there about him having fought for democracy is questionable. Let me ask you a question, Is this the democracy he fought for? A democracy of bribing judges to give highest bidder Judgement? A democracy without regards for rule of law?
