The Estate Manager is an administrative service professional who possesses a mature and seasoned knowledge of Service Management Systems, expertise with multiple homes or in small luxury hotels, and knowledge of working within the Luxury Marketplace, in the Service Environment and throughout the Grounds and Property

FUNCTIONS

He or she works directly with the owners to plan and execute the overall management of property and service.
Where there are large or multiple homes the Estate Manager is the “C.E.O.” of the organization, carrying out the wishes of the owner at each location.
Estate Managers typically set the service standard and are responsible for the hiring, training, and ongoing management of staff required to meet the service needs of the household.
In addition to personnel management, the administrative functions are many.
All related financial matters including accounting, budgets, and payroll normally pass through the EM’s hands.
Based on the size of the property the Estate Manager may wear many other hats or delegate these functional areas to dedicated experts in the employer’s stable. Interfacing with accountants, attorneys, curators, captains, pilots, architects, financial advisors, and more is par for the course.
Common direct supervision tasks may include screening and overseeing outside vendors, contractors, construction projects, maintenance of grounds, collections, autos, yachts, private planes, etc.
With multiple properties, most EM’s travel ahead of their employer to get a property ready for their arrival and bring the staff up to speed on any necessary changes or service requirements.
An Estate Manager may also be called upon to plan and execute events for the owner. This could range from a simple dinner for eight to a grand, formal gathering for eight hundred.
For this mode an EM would regularly connect with top caterers, event planners, temporary service staff, and entertainment agencies. The levels of “hands-on” involvement can vary, but to truly exemplify the Estate Manager title, the details of service are executed primarily via management, and not as a service provider.

Large-scale skill development is the main policy thrust of the N-Power Programme.

N-Power is also linked to the Federal Government’s policies in the economic, employment and social development arenas. N-Power addresses the challenge of youth unemployment by providing a structure for large scale and relevant work skills acquisition and development while linking its core and outcomes to fixing inadequate public services and stimulating the larger economy. The modular programmes under N-Power will ensure that each participant will learn and practice most of what is necessary to find or create work. The N-Power Teacher Corp involves a massive deployment of 500,000 trained graduates who will assist to improve the inadequacies in our public services in education, health and civic education. Some of these graduates will also help in actualising Nigeria’s economic and strategic aspirations of achieving food security and self-sufficiency.

N-Power will also be a platform for diversifying the economy. N-Power is preparing young Nigerians for a knowledge economy where, equipped with world-class skills and certification, they become innovators and movers in the domestic and global markets. Nigeria will have a pool of software developers, hardware service professionals, animators, graphic artists, building services professionals, artisans and others. N-Power also focuses on providing our non-graduates with relevant technical and business skills that enhance their work outlook and livelihood.

In sum, N-Power is segmented as follows:

N-Power Teachers Corps- 500,000 graduates
N-Power Knowledge – 25,000 non-graduates
N-Power Build- 75,000 non-graduates

Who can Apply?

Requirements

N-Power aspires to provide a platform where most Nigerians can access skills acquisition and development. At this time however, the initial modular programmes in N-Power are designed for Nigerian citizens between the ages of 18 and 35. You will need to meet the minimum requirements (if any) for your respective programme. Generally, selection is based:

If you have been following my comments then you will know that I have already answered the lady's question about her being asked to pay some money. And you talked about Inter-Arc Consultants being an organization 2-3 coming together. I smiled when I saw that. Maybe youi should know that inter-arc has been operating since 1997. I don't know how an orgnaization would be scaming from that time till date and still in operation.
Lastly, I am not the HRM, I am the ICT/Business development officer and my job is to tell people online the truth about what we do and make them understand anypart they don't understand and answer all questions arrising.

I usualy tell our clients before they obtain the form that the job is not automatic. The fact that you purchase the form does not mean you will just get job immediately. If we get you a job, we send you and other suitabe candidate to the company. So the fact that we send u to a company does not mean that the company will select you. And the fact that we send you to a company does not mean you will accept their offer if you are not satisfy with their terms.
But the sure thing is that as long as you have a form with us, We must get you a job. For some people it may take longer than some people. We have had situation we someone came for enquiries and that same day she was asked to get a form and for the candidate for interview. And she was selected that day. We have had situations where someone register with us and took us like 6 months to get the job.

As for you friend, pls send me his name so I can tell you what the problem is and why he has not got a job.

As for ur friend, the 1500 which he said was collected from him was for a data form which was will be sent to hid emloyer if we get him a job. In that form he fills his bio data. We fill the kind of job he can do and the minimum salary he can receive. Some people makes it difficult for ud to give them job. By over pricing themselves. Some wants a pay they will never get in Benin. Some of them we have called them for job, somwtimes they say they are not interest in that kind of job. Sometimes they won't pick up. Sometimes they number will be switched off. So who is to blame?
