.......and yes i would definitely use professionals as i have used for Architectural, Soil Test and Even Perfection.

But dont try to sell your services by saying one is cutting corners i think its unparliamentary.

You are discouraging other well meaning professionals from getting jobs.

Nighthawk and Omololu, People like you make it hard to ask for inputs from Nairaland thereby blocking professionals that would have gotten breifs.

My Architect did both architectural and structural (i was naive as i shouldn't have done structural before soil test). Where the structural suggested we did Raft foundation. The Soil test advised Pile foundation.

I am here to get an idea of the cost.

What do you mean by cut conners, last i checked its my project and even if i had gotten a quote. I have the prerogative to seek other opinions.

Or are you guys running an arm twisting monopoly here on Nairaland and blocking other professionals from getting jobs?
