it actually helps the body and mind health wise

Doctors recommend it as the safest form of sex practice and to relieve stress but it should be done in moderation..

The Bible condemns it saying; It means looking at someone lustfully and sinning in your mind, it destroys your relationship with God..

But me, i just think addiction is the problem and mastubation should be done in moderation. God should we understand we are humans and we get sexually excited at times..
