Yeah, I can testify to the OPs ordeal......i use to see them around Gbaemu, oja oba axis also. The first day that I saw them picking on passersby, they park near my workplace as the was Thursday, I had to wait till 10 before opening because of the environmental sanitation on that day. The only thing that prevent me from them was my Nisfulsak trouser( before ankle). Mere seeing my trouser, he just turn away from me......although, they drop some, the moment they find nothing incriminating with them.

I never knew it would come to reality this fast, it has been predicted that ppl will eventually go out naked when the time comes and it is one of the sign of end time......immorality has been the order of the day. Someone that is suppose to be undergoing rehab turns to what we are all seeing as normal person here......I weep for the future of my dear country
