For the rest of your response, you should know that there is a difference between a clean title and a clean history. It's a long explanation for which I really do not have the calories. However if you choose to focus on the document of sale and lack of a salvage title as your basis for assessing this vehicle, then by all means go ahead. thebigkendo:My point was, and is, that this is the sort of damage that specifically needs to be disclosed. Withholding it to effect a sale is illegal and can easily earn one a lawsuit. Whether it happened 10 years ago or yesterday is irrelevant. As I've tried to point out, the regulations for retitling salvaged vehicles can be ridiculously lax in some regions. It's best to stay away from vehicles with such significant frame damage as much as possible. And in this case the dealer clearly has no intention of disclosing that history. 4 Likes |

He disclosed the history of the vehicle. I will also disagree with the only issue being the absence of a VIN. He clearly stated Accident free in the title. This vehicle may not be salvaged, but thats just a technicality. This history is certainly not clean. Is this vehicle accident free? 4 Likes

I don't know how it's possible that this Toyota Matrix had a mileage of 141,307 KM in 2011 And in 2018, 7 years later, it has a mileage of 98,809 KM Mind boggling. 7 Likes

This is just ridiculous. Unibody damage is in a special category of Vehicle frame assault. To think this vehicle was advertised as accident free just boggles the mind. I just don't understand how these moderators can see such obvious cases of dangerously false information and misrepresentation and let these dealers get away with them. Please stay away from this vehicle especially with that accident free tag still there. This dealer would definitely not be the type to disclose the truth to buyers. 7 Likes 1 Share |

If I may, You should leave that accident free phrase you keep posting on all your adverts, out. It's false and it's totally unnecessary. Include Engine bay and VIN sticker photos to the photos you mentioned above, and have your sale in peace. 3 Likes |
