I went to where I got my phone...luckily for me,I met the same gal that sold the phone to me.i told her I don't know if I have insurance or not.She called the head office claimed she put me on insurance but surprised not to find the insurance on...to cut the story short I was told to pay $175 and get new phone shipped tomorrow...i quickly pay
