Please mothers..I need help concerning my kids. They are 5,3 and 1+ respectively.

1) Their stature seems to thin for me.
2) Their skin isn't bright..

I've been using Emzor vit-c n Emzor multivitamin for them but still no improvement. They are presently using cacatin because of the heat rashes.

I feel like I'm not getting something right about them. I need recommendation of a very good multivitamin, o don't mind the price. And a good lotion for them.

Thanks ma'am. I only got to know I'm pregnant after 14wks.
Was just feeling thiis constant headache, went to the hospital and it was confirmed that I was 14weeks 5days pregnant.

My problem now is that, I hate drugs, I throw up drugs once i try to swallow it... my doctor knows that so he didn't bother to give me many many drugs.
He just gave me a pack of OBRON-6 and a pack of folks acid with paracetamol.
It's almost 6wks now and I haven't even finish a sachet of folic and obron6, I end up throwing both food/beverage and drugs up, which makes me sick n weak. I dread raking drugs.
I do go for my antenatal n so far so good, everything has Bn normal.
But I can't just help but think hope not taking these drugs wouldn't have effect on my baby?
is there a way I could take it without throwing up?

Good afternoon mama's, grandma's.
Pls, i came across while searching for what to use for my 2yr old baby girl.
Pls house, I'm looking for a good body cream for her.
She do have rashes every now and then, I actually taught I was doing something wrong at 1st, but my doctor assured me that she is just like that.
He said I should even stop the antibiotics syrup, I should just maintain a good hygiene for her.
The last rashes and boil she had left her skin dry and somehow... I was advised to use Shea butter, I used it and it all cleared off.

Her skin is cleared now but kinda dull and I don't really like the smell of Shea butter and the way it makes her face especially oily after bath.
I just want a mild cream and soap that will smoothen, soften and brighten her skin.

I'm 20weeks+ gone, Edd=7-7-2019.
My second pregnancy, thou it feels like the first cause this one really made me soooo sick and made me do a lot of 'ojukokoro' longer throat to what doesn't belong to me.

July seems so far away, but I know it's all gonna end in praise.
